This is most useful B2B lead generation tool that I have ever used.

With Zoi one can easily level up their account based marketing as this tool helps with lead profiling by providing more detailed information about the accounts with buyer intent. It can be integrated with Hubspot that allows to run multiple campaigns with the customer data.

Zoi engages website visitors based on roles and designations by asking several important questions and convert them into leads. It's essential to have this tool as a 24/7 led generation machine so you don't loose out on people who are interested in your products.

Conversational insights and reports helps in understanding our customers true pain points and fine tuning our products to solve those problems.

There is a steep learning curve. The fine tuning of responses and training this tool to generate relevant answers will take a lot of time.

integration with CRM requires a developers help and it sometimes doesn't work even when the JavaScript is installed

Needs somewhat technical knowledge to understand everything, if more video content around it would be there and then it will be great

Whenever I face an obstacle while working at the office, I turn to Zoi AI for advice, which gives professional advice about anything. It really is an amazing tool.

It is benefiting me by auto replying the queries of the customers from my website.

I love the way it crawls my website. It really helps to creat e drafts of messages that I can send to my customers that comment my website. Even thougn I haven't even integrated it fully i use drafts to save time.

It really seems like another AI product till you spend at least an houe rith it so just give it a try and don't worry

I have A LOT of articles on my website and some of them are quite old (4 years). I've lost control over it some time ago, but my clients still find this texts thaks to SEO. So quite often i face a problem like "okay so we were really mentioning this thing on our blog back in 2020". Zoi helped me to anwser questions from comments and also to anwser questions we get in direct messages.

It's easy-to-use and it's customised to our business needs. Plus it has a HubSpot integration which is great!

It can be made a little more affordable for smaller businesses.

We get a lot of clients with repeated queries. Initially it was manual effort to address their queries, but with Zoi this has reduced.

I think the most helpful thing about Zoi AI is the way it captures robust amout of leads and also give a comprehensive detailing of the customers

On the other hand the one thing I dont like so much about Zoi AI is a tedious set up time.
