"VF has all the tools ready, to build automated and highly integrated chat bots for your customers."
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
It's truly easy to use with the drag&drop builder. Also you have complex setups ready without writing a single line of code. Futher more, APIs are integrated easily for maximal flexibility.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
It's not yet like talking to a human, when using voiceflow. Some interpretation of user input leads the flow in the wrong dirction.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voiceflow is available 24/7 for our customers to get information to and from us. Through the API integrations, we can get things done while others are asleep.
"One word, awesome!"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Like my title says, I only need one word: awesome. Why?
Awesome software: you are able to create almost anything related to AI agents. If you are a beginner, it's very easy to start, and when you grow, you learn that there are more advanced features to take everything to the next level.
Awesome staff: I already had a few calls with different staff members. They encourage you to tell your experiences and add features to the software.
Awesome community: their Discord community is top-tier. You can get answers to all your questions.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
I don't have any major dislike, but if I have to name one, the pro plan has a limit of 20 agents. When you want to be able to create more agents, you need to buy the team plan. Not everyone needs more team members. I suggest adding an option to select your own maximum amount of agents and adjust the price accordingly.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making AI available to companies of all sizes in all kinds of niches. This benefits me so I can create different types of agents and sell them.
"Top AI-Agent Building Platform"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Among many things I like about Voiceflow, flexibility is my top pick.
The ability to craft highly customized and bespoke AI solutions is outstanding. You have different ways to add your data to the knowledge base, different ways to consume it, primitives to build any type of integration, and more. The possibilities are endless
Another. one is how easy it is for non-technical builders to develop advanced agents
Overall, a great platform
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
The lack of a native integration with popular social channels like WhatsApp might be the single downside I can think of
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the infrastructure problem. Not needing to hire highly expensive MLOps or DevOps engineers to put together a functional and performt platform to build AI solutions, you got it all with Voiceflow. This allows me to build and deliver AI solutions to my clients with high speed and highg quality.
"Voiceflow is Exceptionally Versatile"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
It's highly versatile which means that you can use it for quite literally all of your AI Agents interaction which require a user interface, the development environment is highly flexible to incoporate multiple things allowing developers a super easy workflow to work with and also giving a number of non tech users an option to update and build agents in a jiffy
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
There is no ability to make the workflows being auto align.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing external users to interact with high quality customer support and internal users to use agents which can do multiple tasks
"Love the software!"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Really powerful. It takes an learning curve, but once you understand you can create a really powerful Agent. I started my agency, and I am teaching since recently also how to use it, it is one of the best tools to create an agent.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
Recent update. Since the intent/trigger update I have trouble using the chatbot sometimes. I am now using a the "set ai block" where I instruct the AI to recognise. The trigger update is the worst. If it really is powerful, please create an better video where yall go in to depth. I saw the "course on yt" but this was not sufficient. I am now improvising, and copying old blocks and paste them inside the new chatbot.
What should I do once i have an button block and some talks instead of click on button. For example [message block] "are you ready" [2 button block] yes and no. Now they type out yes it will go to the knowledge base.

AI agent creation
"Flexible chatbot tool with LLM and classic functionalities"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
Voiceflow enables perfect planning of the communication flow between chatbot and user. It can be used as a no-code tool, but functions can also be created using Javascript, the web plugin can be customized using html, css and javascript, etc. Countless links with other tools are possible via API. The use of Open AI and Anthropic GPTs is directly integrated into the tool, as is a knowledge base that can be queried via RAG. These functions can also be customized as required (e.g. linking with open source LLMs via API etc...). What I find particularly exciting about the future developments are the functions that are currently being developed for LLM-based real-time voice chatbots. A simple Voiceflow chatbot can be set up in a few minutes and quickly integrated into a website with a plugin. This is also very motivating for complete beginners, the sense of achievement is immediate and the usefulness is quickly recognized. I therefore now use Voiceflow regularly: to build my own chatbots or chatbots for my university and also to introduce university staff and students to the topic of chatbots in practice (training, prototyping...) .
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
Voiceflow has developed so quickly in recent years that the documentation sometimes can't quite keep up with the multitude of possibilities. However, there is a support chatbot and a helpful community on Discord. In the “old” Voiceflow, the classic building blocks such as intents and entities sometimes only worked to a limited extent (as with most NLP tools, intent recognition was sometimes faulty), but here too, the integration of LLMs has resulted in a huge leap forward! LLM-based intent recognition is now available, which has also greatly improved the use of classic chatbot functions.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
In principle, any workflow that can be handled by means of a conversation (text, voice) between user/customer and chatbot/company can be implemented with Voiceflow. I currently use Voiceflow to communicate with potential applicants for our study programs and customers.
"Voiceflow can do a lot more than just simple chatbots"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
I appreciate Voiceflow’s user-friendly interface, flexibility with customizations, and robust debugging tools, plus their documentation is very comprehensive. The upsides of using Voiceflow include its rapid prototyping capabilities, scalability, seamless integrations, and insightful analytics. Additionally, the community support through Discord is fantastic, providing quick assistance and collaboration opportunities.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
It would be nice if they could incorporate some customizations right in the CMS like styling, proactive messaging, and extensions.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Voiceflow solves the complexities of building conversational experiences by offering an intuitive platform that supports team collaboration, proactive engagement, and scalability. This benefits our workflow by allowing us to create high-quality conversational flows quickly, which enhances user engagement and supports our project growth.
"Great software, support and updates"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
- Continiuos updates
- Free templates
- Great support and community
- Easy to use
- Flexibility to integrate, do custom API calls, and build custom functions
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
Testing different agent versions or testing your agent on different knowledge base versions isn't very efficient.
You have to create different agents, test them, and compare with different tabs/screens open.
An idea: select two agents, ask a question and see the difference in how both agents respond.
Adding a feedback survey in an open flow (a flow where there is no specific end) is complex. You don't want to hardcode asking for feedback because a customer can have multiple questions, you don't want them to fill out a survey after every question.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates/optimizes our support operations by answering support questions for our software product. We aren't live yet, so we still have to see the real beneftis. However, we expect that our support team can focus on complex questions only and perform additional tasks. Also, we expect that our customer satisfaction will increase since they get answers quicker.
"A versatile and robust platform for users of all levels"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
I started using Voiceflow for my company following a recommendation from an agency partner. It’s a well-designed platform suitable for different types of users: it provides user-friendly and intuitive features for business users while also enabling tech users to build more sophisticated experiences. The platform allows for building multiple conversational flows in flexible ways, encouraging users to fully explore their creativity. Their documentation is comprehensive and easy to follow, and they offer numerous webinars that help you make the most of the platform’s potential.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
The analytics feature is still limited, so if you need more detailed insights about your agents, you’ll need to use a BI tool.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me answer FAQs as well as more complex questions that require consulting transactional information and applying reasoning. It has significantly improved how I automate responses and deflect contacts.
"The only platform you need to build AI agents"
What do you like best about Voiceflow?
The fact that it's a visual development platform, while at the same time as robust and flexible as if coded from scratch. It has everything, or has the tools to make everything possible. I don't think there are chatbot use cases VF cant handle. It's a complete toolbox with everything in it you need to build agents for any use case you can imagine.
What do you dislike about Voiceflow?
not an easy way to bring your own model (at least on plan I'm on) so yuo have to buy credits all the time. A more flexible way to incorporate models to the fullest (it is actually possible to do this) would be desired, but I'm sure they will solve this at some point since new features are launched on monthly basis.
What problems is Voiceflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
for me it's the perfect mix between coding yuor own chatbot experience and and simple assistant. It can do anything you could develop with code, with the easy of a visual builder with code support for more complex use cases.
