"Excellent brand monitoring software at a fair price"

What do you like best about Brand24?

The software is easy to use, they have decent guides and help docs, and the support is stellar. A very good app for tracking mentions. Lots of filters to hone in on the results that matter.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

I wish there were a "pause account" option. We only use it when a client requires this specific service which is somewhat infrequent, so I wind up cancelling and reopening once or twice per year. Support folks are really good about cancel/reopen assistance, no friction or resistance.

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping an eye on the chatter around a brand, product, person or incident. Specifically, whether that chatter is brand-impacting (meaningful) or just random noise. Picks up multiple sources so the coverage tends to be quite good - sometimes overwhelmingly abundant but filters and the "block source" option take care if that.

What do you like best about Brand24?

The current universe of media involves an ever-increasing number of channels, platforms, and media variety: digital, print, audio, video, and – often – a combination of moree than one. Keeping track of potential sources of content is a challenge met either by allocating tedious, time-consuming human hours pouring over the minutiae of detailed channels, or integrating Brand24 in the mix. Fortunately Brand24 ability to save us many hours of work has become a critical compoennt of our repoutation management capability, without which we would not be as informed as we now are.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

There is always the possibility that Brand24 could have overlooked a channel or source in the barrier-free realm of social media, but that less of a risk.

What do you like best about Brand24?

Definitely it's cost-efficiency! There are a number of media monitoring agencies out there that charge for hefty prices for the same services (and more!) that you can get with Brand24, all you have to do is learn how to navigate this social listening tool and make it work for you and to your brand's advantage.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

Probably the limited number of projects one can make or monitor. It would help if it could be more so a brand can monitor as many of its industry competitors.

Definitely it answers for me my brand's relevance to the market online in real time.

"The tool has a few things to upgrade, but it's the best one in the market."

What do you like best about Brand24?

Brand24 helps us optimize our time spent with social listening. We don't have to collect mentions manually anymore. It also helps with organization. It has some pretty cool features for filtering and configuring the projects so the mentions collected will be the most accurate possible.

It is easy to implement integrations and the customer support hasen't let me down yet.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

It stores collected mentions for only about a year, so if you aim to save historical data, Brand24 is not it.

Brand24 is helping us understand how our own brand is performing online in terms of brand recognition in comparison to our competitors.

"Brand24 features and functionality are GREAT"

What do you like best about Brand24?

We use it to examine our customers NPS based on thier social media. WHich we can Social Medeia Sentiment Score (SNSS) . Which when added to traditional Survey data, we get a much better view of brand perception. More accurate. Brand24 is outstanding for this. The best actually. This allows us to create successful brand campaigns that allow our customers to both increase NPS as well as their positive brand perception. It is easy to use, the data is an invaluable tool to helping our customer base.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

We use this extensively, and issue it may have had are already resolved. Brand24 listens to client feedback positvely, which is refreshing in this day and age.

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brand24 allows us to bridge the gap between NPS surveys done by our customers, and the sentiment that exists within social media. That gap can make all the difference in the world when designing a brand campaign to increase NPS and increase brand perception.

"Good tool for monitoring mentions!"

What do you like best about Brand24?

This tool provide the necessary configuration to allow you to gather and analyse mentioned from the internet. You can filter by date, source, location and others.

I've also seen the platform is being improved with new features such as advanced analytics.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

Some improvements can be considered to enhance the usability:

1) Allow mutting of author for Instagram. At the moment, we can only mute the entire site (Instagram.com) which is not practical.

2) Interface can be improved in terms of user-friendliness

a) Create depth or impose different colors for selected mentions.

b) Selected posts (to be deleted) would go missing when another action is carried out such as mutting a mention. The selection of mention will need to be performed again.

3a) To lift the current limitation on "Excluded Keywords"

3b) Enhancement of "Excluded Keywords" interface. Currently, the field is a single text field, so viewing of "Excluded Keywords" are difficult.

3c) Improvement on "Excluded Keywords" to allow "GLOBAL" and "KEYWORDS" SPECIFIC.

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to gather mentions and allow us to brainstorm social media content according to trending topic revolving our keywords. Also, it allow us to analyse negative sentiment promptly.

What do you like best about Brand24?

The reporting has been our most used feature because we mainly use it to track our KPIs. We also review our mentions weekly to see who is talking about our brand, what they are saying, and if they could potentially become an affiliate or practitioner with our company. It is really easy to use and was easy to set up with a bit of help from our representative.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

There isn't anything we have found that we dislike so far! We are not heavy users of the app, but it works for what our needs are at this time.

What do you like best about Brand24?

Brand24 is incredibly user friendly and not over complicated. It was also very easy to get up and running and add users from my team. There's a wide variety of sources available to track brand mentions and the projects feature helps keep us organized with tracking multiple keywords.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

It would be great if there were exporting capabilities to have a spreadsheet of multiple brand mentions. Also, a Threads integration would be helpful as an additional source!

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brand24 gives my team an easy way to source new influencers for our affiliate program and find creators who genuinely love our brand. We also use it to source spark ads for TikTok.

It's easy to use and the email updates help to keep users up to date on what's going on in their industry or with their business. It brings outside voices to one location.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

I have nothing negative to say about Brand24. I am with a smaller organization (less than 20 employees), so there isn't as big of a need to get our arms around all the chatter around our brand but can see the potential with large organizaitons.

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brand24 made sure I could identify both the positive and negative chatter in the market and to gain a real-time understanding of how the brand was received in the community.

Firstly, we wanted to know whenever somebody mentioned our company or product. Secondly, we needed a solution to keep track of what our competitors are up to. The biggest benefit is that we now have access to both: brand/product mentions and competitor news in real time. Plus, we can look at historical mentions and get a glimpse of how we're doing in terms of online presence vs competitors.

Brand24 has saved me time when running social media campaigns, not only because I no longer need to count the reach of each post, but also when it comes to reports.

I love the breakdown of stats as well as being able to easily personalize a report and what you want to be shown in it.

What do you dislike about Brand24?

That it can't count the reach and engagement for stories and reels.

What problems is Brand24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

the vast amount of content that is posted during a campaign, and one that is run over 6 months. it is impossible to count and analyze all that info - but brand24 does just that. it is also super easy to use and reports can be personalised which saves me money and time from briefing a designer.
