"Bardzo wszechstronne narzędzie"
What do you like best about SALESmanago?
Uwielbiam SALESmanago. Pracuję na nim z wieloma klientami i nardzędzie pasuje do każdej branży. Super jest to, że nie jest to typowo ecommercowe narzędzie - mamy możliwość dodawania i tagowania wielu elementów np. na stronie, przez co dużo łatwiej zrealizować jest zarówno konwersje, jak i mikrokonwersje - w zależności od wyznaczonych celów. Można je też bardzo łatwo zmieniać. Doceniam też dostępność wielu funkcjonalności oraz możliwość realizowania kampanii on-site i off-site. Co jest też dla mnie bardzo ważne, to dostępny dla każdego klienta support i ogólna opieka klienta - korzystałam ze wsparcia zespołu technicznego niezliczoną ilość razy i zawsze otrzymałam wsparcie, którego potrzebuję. Bardzo polecam!

Do niedawna, za jedyną wadę SM uznawałam fakt, że nie ma możliwości monitorowania zachowań anonimowych użytkowników strony, ale w tym roku została dodana ta funkcjonalność - testy jeszcze przede mną :)

Myślę, że jest to możliwość prowadzenia spójnej i logicznej komunikacji on-site i off-site - dla mnie jest to zawsze najważniejszy aspekt, SM to oferuje.

- pomocny support
- intuicyjny w użyciu, jak już pozna się jego podstawowe funkcje
- dużo funkcji: zarówno automatyzacje, jak i omnichannel czy analityka danych
- łatwość integracji - ja się tym nie zajmowałam, więc nie wiem, ale narzekań nie słyszałam, więc zakładam, że bez problemu. ;)
What do you dislike about SALESmanago?
Odpowiadam tylko za część zadań wykonywanych w SalesManago, korzystam z niego średnio raz w tygodniu i jest to pierwsza tego typu platforma, na której pracuję, nie mam więc porównania. Jeśli chodzi o łatwość wdrożenia, to zajęło mi trochę czasu, żeby poznać podstawowe funkcje. Dostępne są jednak szkolenia, a support zawsze pomoże, więc można się czuś zaopiekowanym.

Oszczędza czas na ręcznej wysyłce maili, ułatwia to zadanie.

- The platform is easy and intuitive—I’ve never had trouble navigating it.
- They’re open to creating custom solutions tailored to non-standard e-commerce businesses.
- I feel heard; they’re very receptive to feedback and actively implement suggestions.
- They’re continuously improving, especially when it comes to new features.
- Their customer support is fast. Usually, within minutes, I receive confirmation that my ticket was received, information on who is handling it, and an expected response time. They also understand when an issue is urgent and requires immediate attention.
What do you dislike about SALESmanago?
There are a few areas that could be enhanced, such as more efficient A/B testing for email subjects (currently, multiple emails have to be created for testing) or simpler, faster, mass management of tags and user details.
Also, I wasn’t involved during the initial tool implementation, but there were some gaps in the integration when I started using it.
I’m not sure how this process looks like now, but I believe it would be helpful for the clients if SalesManago conducts a health check at the end of each integration. This could include verifying if purchases are being sent correctly, ensuring dashboards are tracking them properly, etc.
In our case, corrections were needed on our end, but SalesManago didn't inform us that something went wrong during the process.

We use SALESmanago primarily for email marketing, marketing automation, and exploring additional marketing channels. It’s especially helpful for creating automated emails triggered by customer actions, allowing us to handle send-outs automatically. This automation saves us time and ensures timely, relevant communication with our clients.

We are satisfied with the cooperation with SALESmanago. Every stage of our cooperation is very smooth, we always receive an answer to the question we asked. Both the Project Manager and Customer Service are always available and ready to help. The platform itself does not cause us any problems in use, its UX has been well thought out.

Enlarge the library of ready-made templates for use in the system, cyclically update them.

At first, using the platform may seem complicated, but with the help of customer service, thing becomes clear. Maybe a few more ready-made templates would be useful.

We have been using Salesmanago since March 2024 and we are very satisfied with the platform. We recommend Salesmanago because it's easuy to use, it's s modular and it provides various feautures at a really affordable price. We really like the possibility of high-personalization, from email marketing to pop ups and banners on our website.
Impeccable customer service: fast and really helpful for us. We are also really pleased with the support of Wioletta, our customer success manager, she is competent and very proactive in suggesting us new activities to implement.

We don't see any big downsides. Sometimes differences between Salesmanago and GA4 are not that clear

What do you like best about SALESmanago?
Collaboration with Sales Menago has been a very positive experience from the very beginning, even before it officially started. They pay great attention to the client's goals that the system is supposed to meet. The support from the first moments is very professional. You constantly feel the support and dedication of the advisors at every step. For me, this was very valuable because I had never dealt with Marketing Automation before. The system itself is very intuitive to use and any beginner can handle it. At the same time, the system offers a lot of features and possibilities. Many ideas in the team end with the words "this can be done in Sales Menago."
What do you dislike about SALESmanago?
There are a few minor solutions that could be done differently (like a button here instead of there, etc.), but these are small details that don't significantly impact the work within the system. It's impossible to satisfy everyone :)
