What do you like best about Watermelon?

Als EJP accountants en fiscalisten zijn we uiterst tevreden met Watermelon. Dit jonge team is “to the point” en komt altijd zijn afspraken na. Hun professionaliteit en efficiëntie maken de samenwerking een genoegen. Watermelon denkt actief mee met onze vragen en reageert snel, wat het proces alleen maar vergemakkelijkt. Bovendien is de implementatie van hun oplossingen eenvoudig en soepel verlopen. Samen hebben we de AI-robot LunaLedger ontwikkeld, die uitstekend functioneert voor de primaire vragen van onze klanten. Watermelon heeft bewezen een waardevolle partner te zijn in onze innovatie. Met de chatbot van Watermelon kunnen we eenvoudig eerstelijnsvragen beantwoorden op het gebied van fiscaliteit en accountancy. Klanten kunnen ook hun vragen over EJP stellen, waardoor we hen snel en effectief van dienst kunnen zijn.

"Review Watermelon"

What do you like best about Watermelon?

Ik vind Watermelon een erg fijn en intuïtief systeem. Het is duidelijk waar je op moet klikken om je gewenste acties plaats te laten vinden. Ook is de support, met name Fleur erg tof. Fleur denkt met je mee om je doelstellingen waar te maken! Watermelon wordt dagelijks door onze klanten gebruikt en bespaart onze een hoop dat.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

Wat ik minder vind aan Watermelon is dat complexe vragen niet altijd even goed behandeld worden. Je moet de bot best wel specifiek trainen om specifieke antwoorden te geven. Dit kost veel tijd!

What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Watermelon zorgt ervoor dat wij als team meer tijd overhouden voor zaken die écht belangrijk zijn. Door een groot deel van de klanterservice uit handen te nemen hou je mee tijd over voor strategie.

"Well thought out and efficient application."

What do you like best about Watermelon?

Much of our communication is by email or phone. Watermelon helps to answer many common questions directly. The advantage of the chatbot is that customers receive an immediate answer during their visit to our site and therefore do not have to take any extra steps to find an answer.

The use of Watermelon has undoubtedly proven to be an added value for our site. A very adequate customer service and fast communication (telephone and email) make it a pleasant collaboration. A chatbot is also quick and easy to set up. You can easily implement the chatbot on various other platforms. Access to data is constantly being expanded, which means that the chatbot can also be used more widely.

Our customers use the chatbot regularly and in most cases receive an accurate answer.

In short, it's been a great help to our customer service and, beside the added value, is a tool which helps (potential) customers to make a more informed decision. Highly reccomended.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

Negative points can always be found, (I prefer the term improvement points). If we encounter issues, Watermelon is always quick and adequate in solving or helping to solve the problem.

What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Watermelon helps us to quickly and efficiently answer questions about general plant care and also product specific questions. For more complicated questions, the chatbot answers according to knowledge and advises to contact customer service. This keeps the workload on our customer service noticably lower which frees up time for other tasks.

At times, Watermelon innovates so quickly that it can lead to unexpected changes in processes and occasional hiccups on the platform. Since they are always quick to recognize and resolve issues, problems are barely noticeable.

What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?

During the peak season, our support department faces a significant workload. After experiencing rapid growth last year, it quickly became clear that we needed to look for innovative solutions to reduce the pressure on our support team. Fortunately, we came across Watermelon. By automating routine inquiries, the AI chatbots help lower operational costs and increase efficiency.

This not only improves customer satisfaction but also shortens the onboarding period for new employees. It has been reduced from one week to half a day. These employees can be deployed more effectively, thanks to the AI chatbots that help them quickly become familiar with the most frequently asked questions and company procedures.

Clear instruction video's, I like the web scraper and ai search very much. way better than voice flow for instance.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

I think the bot should be able to post links in the chat

What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was using voiceflow before and I really like how much faster watermelon works.

"Perfecte werk verlichter"

What do you like best about Watermelon?

Klanteservice makkelijk te bereiken, altijd antwoord op mijn vragen en vriendelijk + duidelijke uitleg. Gemakkelijk, als je weet hoe je met de chat bot moet omgaan dan is het simpel om de bot juist in te stellen.

Design, fijn dat je de chatbot helemaal kan instellen naar je eigen kleuren en desing van de website/webshop.

Fijn dat je meerdere chatbots op één account kan hebben, maar dat ze wel allemaal hun eigen indentiteit hebben.

En vooral werk verlichtend, het scheelt veel tijd met beantwoorden van chats. Wij hoeven het alleen nog in een ander systeem door te voeren en dan is het klaar.

We lopen er wel tegen aan dat de chatbot soms wel een storting heeft of vast loopt.

Als er langere tijd geen chat is gestuurd, logt de chat uit. En als je dit neit doorhebt, ontvang je dus ook de chats niet met een pop up.

vragen op bijvoorbeeld: hoelang mag ik mijn container huren, dan geeft de chatbot aan 8 weken.

zo hoeven wij hier geen moeite voor te doen, en is de vraag per direct beantwoord voor de klant.

En zo zijn er veel meerdrere situatie.

"Fijne tool en zeer goede begeleiding"

What do you like best about Watermelon?

De behulpzaamheid van de mensen bij Watermelon is echt top. Van de eerste kennismakingsmeeting tot de check-ins met Fleur, alles is snel en gemakkelijk te plannen. Iedereen is even behulpzaam en professioneel. Je kunt gemakkelijk meetings inplannen maar ook vragen stellen via de mail. Je krijgt hier snel reactie op dus je komt ook niet stil te staan. Er wordt heel erg fijn meegedacht en en we krijgen continu tips over het verbeteren van de chatbot. Daarnaast is Watermelon Pulse erg gebruiksvriendelijk. We konden er zo mee aan de slag!

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

Er gaat wat meer tijd in zitten dan we van te voren hadden ingeschat. Het is veel testen en aanpassen maar dat maakt het juist ook wel heel erg uitdagend en leuk.

We krijgen via onze klantenservice veel vragen binnen maar veel van deze vragen zijn hetzelfde. We merkte dat het ons op dagelijkse basis best veel tijd kost om deze 'simpel' te beantwoorden vragen keer op keer te beantwoorden. Hierdoor bleef er minder tijd over voor andere werkzaamheden. Door de chatbot te voorzien van instructies en onze websiteinformatie hopen we dat de tussenkomst van een menselijke medewerker straks niet meer nodig is bij dit soort vragen.

"Easy initial setup with lots of possibilities without any coding needed for basic functionality."

What do you like best about Watermelon?

It was verry easy for a non IT person in our business to setup the initial configuration.

They reached out to the Watermelon Support and with some guidlines got thru the setup of a personality for the chatbot and add some knowledge bases.

They then just asked IT to add a simple code to the website to have the chatbot integrated.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

Once you want to add more advanced functions some development is needed and i feel this could be better documented.

What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?

People don't like reading thru long FAQ's and just bombard our panel team with the same questions. With the use of Watermelon we can catch a lot of these questions before they reach our panel team.

"Nice AI tool for chat and Whatsapp, reducing workload and facilitating customers like never before"

What do you like best about Watermelon?

It reduces our communication times, facilitates visitors on our website outside our opening hours and provides correct information in a very polite way. The answers provided are of high quality, no spelling errors, extremely polite and always available, even outside our opening hours. You can easily interrupt her if you want to add some more information and it is possible that customers ask for personal advice. I highly recommend it and and impatienly waiting for some updates so that she can also "read" pictures, answer emails and stick to our productlist, insteaf of creating products that we do not have.

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

AI is always difficult to manage especially saying no to something. Our AI customer service Wendy is still creating products that we do not have, but it is good to manage, so overall we are very satisfied. Watermelon's support has a slow reaction time on requests and questions, especially during the implementation time. It can take up to days and even weeks before your issue is taken care off. They are very friendly and helpfull though and know what they are doing. So it is worth waiting, but this is definitely an issue that could be better.

Watermelon helps us answer chats and Whatsapp messages during and outside opening hours.

"Laura the first virtual dental assistance"

What do you like best about Watermelon?

Smart use of AI in communication. Smart implementation of new features ( voice, API connection to systems). Fast implementation and evolution. The feeling of building a realy exiting product together. Good support. New products and features gives somethimes problems, but quick actions helps directly to solve the new problems. ( eg Bot may only answer specific dental questions)

What do you dislike about Watermelon?

Probably for some new users an offline appointment and education would be of great value. In our case we will deliver the education specific for dentistry and healthcare to third parties.

What problems is Watermelon solving and how is that benefiting you?

The infarct in healthcare. Watermelon helps us to improve the healthcare communication 24/7 . We have a lack of staff in healthcare. Generic questions can be answered by Watermelon 24/7 internal en external. Our goal is to create a personal virtual assistance that can eg make you an appointment on a safe way with the dentist.
