"Great AI Support"
What do you like best about Gleen AI?
I personally liked the support I received whenever we raised a concern or feedback. We receive responses within the hour, if not within minutes from the time we send our question or support request. The Bot surely is not perfect but definitely responds with accuracy as long as you keep it updated with it's sources.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
I honestly can't say anything for feedback as I am not expecting perfection. The support that the Gleen team provides is definitely one of the big reasons I like working with their platform.
What problems is Gleen AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gleen AI helped us improve our service levels through quick responses that were accurate and allowed our team to focus on interactions that need human intervention or situations where there is a need for management approval.

We love the quality of Gleen AI's responses. It's not too verbose. At the same time, it provides the right amount of detail within the answer, as well as links to supporting docs.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Gleen AI. Very happy with it.

Automating our customer support and having a better user experience for both customer support and professional services.

What do you like best about Gleen AI?
A great assistant in the field of e-commerce! It is easy to set up - just provide a link to the store, and the bot will study all the available information and then communicate with potential customers. This is definitely a huge plus.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
At the moment, I have not found any significant drawbacks.
What problems is Gleen AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answers questions from potential customers and advises them, recommends products.

Gleen AI's response quality is outstanding. In addition, the responsiveness of the Gleen team is amazing. The Gleen team was there for us at every step of the process -- from documentation, to pre-implementation, to post-implementation and ongoing performance monitoring. You couldn't ask for a better partner to help you on your journey to transform CS with generative AI.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
We'd love to use Gleen AI to improve conversion on our website. Gleen AI has been focused primarily on improving customer service, but improving conversion is a big deal as well. They're in the process of adding a lot of conversion features.
What problems is Gleen AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
Profitable scalability. Our revenue, customers, and customer service issues were growing exponentially. Gleen AI has enabled us to profitably scale.

What do you like best about Gleen AI?
Gleen AI is extraordinary. It's extremely accurate & thorough. We're stunned by the quality of responses from Gleen AI. Even our customer service team is modeling some of their own responses off of Gleen AI responses.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
I'd love to see more of an interactive dashboard and a longer lookback period on AI metrics. CS teams love metrics. We have some basic metrics, but I'd love to be able to slice and dice a bit more.
What problems is Gleen AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve response time and customer satisfaction. In addition, we wanted to free up our Customer Service team so they could work on other important projects for the company.

What do you like best about Gleen AI?
We evaluated over 10 GenAI chatbots. Gleen AI not only has more accurate & relevant responses, but it also does a better job of understanding customers' questions. Our product is pretty technical, so this is important.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
We saw a glitch where the bot responded with the customer's own email and phone number. This resulted in a quick fix, and we haven't seen the problem occur again.

Improving customer satisfaction with faster, more accurate pre and post-sales support.
"It's super easy to get Gleen AI up and running"
What do you like best about Gleen AI?
It was extremely easy to try Gleen AI. Completely frictionless. We really were able to get a feel for Gleen AI's responses, as well as how easy it was to get Gleen AI up and running.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
As the product continues to mature, a few features would be great to help us maintain our knowledgebase - for example, in the admin interface, for down-voted responses, I'd love to get a link back to the overall conversation. This would help the team better understand the context of the question.
What problems is Gleen AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving response time and customer experience. The ability to offer 24/7 support to our customers. And we're using Gleen AI to improve the quality of our documentation.
"Fantastic Ai Chatbot"
What do you like best about Gleen AI?
I love Gleen AI's ability to show screenshots of our UI within its chat window. These screens are from our documentation, but they're much more helpful in the context of a relevant support conversation.
What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
Their billing system isn't yet built to automatically support a pay-as-you-go model and just leave a credit card on file. They've been very helpful with a work-around. This speaks VOLUMES to their customer service & flexibility.
What problems is Gleen AI solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all of the support documentation, but our customers don't like sifting thru documents. With the same docs, Gleen AI is able to answer our customers' questions extremely well and in a coherent + personal way.

What do you like best about Gleen AI?
The accurately of the answers, the settings, how to program your bot into a bot that fits in your company/ on your website/webshop.
I really love it, if you don't know anything about it you are not the only one I didn't know too but it is easy and understandable.

What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
Hmm, at the moment not really much. The only thing what maybe could better is quicker answers in the chat but it is already quick so yeah I am more then happy with this future.

Contact with my clients, quicker answer ratio with good answers.

What do you like best about Gleen AI?
The product itself is extremely helpful for building and educating community. Whenever we have newcomers, all they have to do is ask, and Gleen routes them to resources we already have without having the user look around and have the blocker of familiarizing our Discord community first. Talk about ease for our community! It's also cool how you can actually personalize Gleen's personality so it doesn't feel like a boring robot. It actually speaks like how we want it to!
We have tested it a lot before putting out for the community and the Gleen team makes sure the bot is retrained once a week to make sure its up to date. Also very easy to use in Discord!

What do you dislike about Gleen AI?
I think what was difficult for us in the beginning is how we had to sort out all our documentation and resources first so we can feed the bot the right data to use as a response (which might be actually for the best so its more in order). But man, it was a lot of work specially if you're still building up all your documentations haha!
The good thing though was that we were always guided and assisted by Ashu so its more of a smooth process for us. The Gleen team was sooo patient! And by the way, anytime we had a product feedback/feature request, they always make sure to build it up and ready for the future. It's like they're a one tap away team. They're just so lovely!

Ease of community moderation. Takes a lot of time away from FAQ communications!
