El concepto que venden me parece que da mucha facilidad a las empresas para implementar de una manera mas sencilla las notificaciones push y whatsapp business. El servicio técnico responde bastante rápido y con eficiencia. Además, la consola tiene muchas opciones y permite usarlo con frecuencia. La integración ha sido más o menos sencillo.

Hay espacio para mejorar la interfaz de descarga de data de las conversaciones en .csv, pero por ahora va excelente.

The implementation of OTP (One-Time Passwords) in our applications developed with Flutter, Android, and iOS was remarkably smooth, significantly improving our authentication processes, which previously relied on email. Additionally, indigitall’s ability to offer innovative and easily integrated products has greatly enhanced our interaction with users across our platforms.
What do you dislike about indigitall?
It would be useful if the platform continued to improve its user interface, particularly in the device visualization area. Currently, there is no way to view user devices or search by external code. It would be very valuable to access this information directly, without relying on Excel sheets or having to consult the technical team, as it would save us many hours of testing. Moreover, it would be great if the server keys could be multi-project rather than restricted to a single project or all projects. The good thing about Indigitall is that they always listen to their customers and are committed to improving their service.
What problems is indigitall solving and how is that benefiting you?
Indigitall has been crucial in improving our verification processes using OTP (One-Time Password) codes, eliminating the need to rely solely on email, which used to cause delays and complications. With Indigitall, users can receive their verification codes instantly and directly on their mobile devices, allowing them to complete the entire verification flow without leaving the app.
This approach not only enhances the efficiency and security of the process but also provides a smoother and more convenient user experience, avoiding interruptions and facilitating quicker and easier task completion. As a result, users experience less friction and can enjoy a more direct and accessible verification process, which improves their overall satisfaction with the application.

What do you like best about indigitall?
Since the creation of Indigitall, I have closely followed its project and have been very pleasantly surprised by two aspects.
First, it has been a solution that has allowed its clients to get the best out of their Owned Media strategy with a high conversion rate. For me, this is a great achievement and the best marketing strategy: making the most of your own resources through push app or web campaigns and evolving this strategy by complementing it with the new tools that have been developed in the digital world to create the best customer journeys. This approach allows for results while continuously getting to know your customers better. A solution like Indigitall’s, I believe, helps marketing professionals become more expert and "obsessed" with their campaigns and improving results.
The second aspect I like to highlight is the founders' "obsession" with continuously improving their service with the latest innovations, always thinking about the customer. I am not referring to innovation for its own sake, but rather innovation focused on ensuring that their clients do not fall behind, improve their results, and at the same time, get more out of their investment.
What do you dislike about indigitall?
If I had to highlight something for improvement, it does not come so much from the Indigitall team, but from their clients and their organizations. I have the feeling that its customers are still not making the most of Indigitall's solution, which has much more potential.
In my case, in the past, I was the director of digital channels and consumer business at a major telecommunications operator. If I had the opportunity to use Indigitall now, it would be one of the greatest marketing and customer insight tools for me getting the best from all its functionalities. I think that the division of organizations into units, often with many silos, prevents them from achieving results with solutions like these.
I am sure that Indigitall's expansion following its latest funding round will lead more clients to bet on this great solution, and it will eventually become a major reference in the digital market.

No veo desventaja frente a otros competidores y herramientas similares que he utilizado , su ventaja es la gran personalizacion frente a las tareas programadas a traves de su consola. Contento de usar sus servicio de SMS y lo recomiendo al 100 %

Que la plataforma es muy amigable con el usuario, muy ordenada e incluso cuenta con varias opciones para poder cumplir con nuestro objetivo de enviar las alertas a nuestros usuarios, podemos programar los envíos, tener alertas automatizadas e incluso enriquecerlas con fotos y videos.

Considero que hace falta la opción para facilitar la limitación de permisos de los usuarios; por ejemplo, que el A sólo pueda enviar campañas a móviles y el B tenga esa opción, pero que también pueda hacerlo en escritorio.

Pues más que nada me ahorra tiempo ya que la plataforma no es complicada y me facilita el envío de las alertas a los usuarios y mantenerlos informados
