Team-GPT is a much easier collaborative way to use AI compared to ChatGPT and other alternatives. We use it a lot across marketing and customer support.
Saving prompts saves us a lot of time and effort in repeating what already works well with AI!
What do you dislike about Team-GPT?
Setting up your AI API keys takes a few minutes but is not a big issue and actually improves your team's data privacy.

The best tool for any kind of project management. I use it and recommend it to all of my friends and colleagues. It's very easy to use, you can be familiar with it very soon and until now I didn't need to use their customer support. I use it every day and very easy to integrate it with your plans

Nothing. it's very useful and I like all of its features.

It eases my relations with my clients as a consultant. I can document all of my chats and messages with them, and they always have access to the information they need.

it is super easy to set up and start using. The trainings are also very relevant, easy to comprehend and interesting captivating the attention of the user. I also like the pricing they have and the oppotunity to run it in our Private AWS cloud making it cimpletely independent. Their customer suport is also beyond anything a customer can ask for. It is super quick and easy to get in touch with them and get your problem solved. We use the solution on a daily basis and it has changed our lives.
What do you dislike about Team-GPT?
THe only thing I would change is the integration with Slack and / or Teams as the two main chat clients we use. If that becomes in place it will be a game changer.

It significantly improves the communication between the teams, the results from every brainstorming and the outcome of every discussion.

The most helpful part is being able to share your chats with colleagues and working on a piece of copy/content together. The prompt library is also great and saves tons of time.

Really no downsides I can think of. So far its great and its been improving constantly in the 10 months I have been using it.
What problems is Team-GPT solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Team-GPT solves for me is the ease of organization of my chats. It is so easy to find something you worked on a week ago and now suddenly need again. It is also super easy to pick up a chat your colleague has already provided so much context to and repurpose it for your own use case. I never need to think twice about where something is if I need it, whether it be a chat, a prompt, or a document I am working on in the platform together with a colleague.

The function of organizing chats into folder is so good! You have aslo the fork feature, which lets you create different chat scenarios, perfect for exploring various options.
Plus, with the Edit with AI function, you can work on your chats directly inside Team-GPT, eliminating the need to edit elsewhere. It's all about convenience and efficiency!

It's hard to find any downsides to Team-GPT. It's a fantastic tool if you're open to using AI.

What do you like best about Team-GPT?
Being able to categorize conversations and team prompts into folders and subfolders makes sharing knowledge and collaborating with my team on AI content a loteasier. The comments feature is also great. It's really easy to get started and implement the tool. The support is great and fast. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about Team-GPT?
The prompts system needs to be improved, it works but it's basic. It also needs more advanced capabilities (however they are out of the main scope of the tool). Needs more integration with external tools and external APIs (like Zapier).

Solves the problems of having GPT conversations on multiple places making collaboration dificult. With Team-GPT we can organize chats effectively and have real-time interaction on a shared workspace. This benefits us by saving time, improving teamwork, and reducing costs on tools.
