"Better than a personal assistant"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Dashworks can get data shared within the company, and hence its data set is much better than any other independant LLMs out there, actually working better than them since it has even more context regarding the users needs. Whether it be a google doc, or some chat, Dashworks gets it for you.

I have even used it to when I have to write emails to stakeholders, without giving complete context about the project or subject in mind.

It seamless integration in slack means that many times I don't even need to open up in browser, reducing the time to get some data.

I can also change the underlying LLM model, allowing me to play even further and decide what model gives the most optimal response on a case by case basis.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

Sometimes when asked to generate a paragraph, email it simply returns the format or guide on writing, rather than writing itself which becomes frustrating after 2 retries.

There's also the fact that Dashworks takes much longer than other GPT models to generate response. It makes sense when it has to search across company data, but for a generic query also it takes the same amount of time.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting company specific data, documents, conversations, summarzing a long discussion on top of generic LLM questions, etc. The in built slack bot reduces the time to run a query as well.

"Excellent AI Tool for Managing Information in the Cloud"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Its intuitive enough to ask direct questions to regarding where data or information is located, as well as being able to summarize succinctly using AI. I rarely have an issue where I remember that a document or point of data exists but not where I can find it. This used to happen to me all the time. Now, I can just ask Dashworks.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

I don't face a lot of downsides from using Dashworks. There are no distinct challenges unique from using other LLMs or AI tools. I can troubleshoot easaily using common workarounds and prompt engineering. I would just like some assurances that it doesn't use the data that it has access to in order to train AI models, which is important to me and my organization.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dashworks primarily helps with information management. I am a grant writer, and I have created a lot of different documents and spreadsheets over the years that all house relevant information. I use Dashworks to access specific information without having to reference it directly, which would take more time. Dashworks also helps me to summarize data related to specific prompts, and can cut down on grant writing time significantly by responding to specificprompts directly using previous materials, as well as identifying relevant data from various emails and spreadsheets.

"Great"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

It is very similar to ChatGPT but here I can share some code snippets which are securely protect my data and also looking into various apps like JIRA, Confluence, Gdrive and Gmail is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

Currently I do not see any downsides, because there have been a lot of feature additions since I have first started using it. I wanted to ask about differentiating the topics, but in the latest release that has been addressed as well.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using it majorly for debugging the code and finding proper SOP docs in different work Apps.

"An LLM with business context"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Dashworks is the first LLM I've used that integrates easily with internal business systems and is able to process business documents in its answers. This makes it easier to kickstart work such as responding to RFPs, writing drafts for feature guides, etc.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

It's still an LLM and will require content to train, as well as requiring a decent amount of proof-reading and editing for actual content.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is making enterprise search easier and is helping draft responses to basic queries that require knowledge of business context.

"Love the ability to narrow or expand the scope of the knowledge base"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

I love that Dashworks has access to my internal applications, such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook and One Drive. The integration with bitbucket is also very useful.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

Two main things:

1. There seems to be a very small "buffer" size for the knowledge base. Oftentimes, I'm not able to get the results I want, if the source file is too big. Example, I ask for a summary of items fitting within a specific criteria, and Dashworks only returns partial results, due to the size of the source file. I would like to see this expanded.

2. I see that there are integrations for Wrike, Asana, and JIRA, but we are using Clickup. I have already requested that Clickup be added to the supported integrations.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

virtual assistant with access to our proprietary information (intranet, and our apps)

"Love simple design and easy integration will my apps"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Overall love how easily it gets integreted to all my apps and searches accross it, love the simple UI as well

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

Just like chatgpt is should have feature to short topics and create new top, currently all the searches are piled up in single tab and gets hard to find previous searches. Also should have a copy code option or a copy option in general.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Help searching query relevent to my org

"Dashworks has been a productive tool for our employees to research & respond with internal content."

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Dashworks has helped us to prompt personal questions or to listen to Slack posts and provide researched answers to our team.

We have a great amount of historical and often un-documented content, often as old Slack conversations. We also have an expansive library of articles in our Stack Overflow. Dashworks has helped us to research and auto-repsond to new Slack prompts. In addition, our employees will chat privately with Dashworks to ask questions, feeling more comfortable in asking the AI tool over a co-worker, allowing everyone to be more productive.

It's fast to respond and often has great feedback.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

There are limitations to the data that it can use as a resource. Specifically, the OneDrive and Outlook API's are limited in how it can research and utilize the content from our files.

It also doesn't get every answer correct, but it's accuracy is on-par with other AI tooks like Slack AI.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are utilizing it as a q&a tool. Also as a research assistant.

"The best way to get up to speed and stay up to speed with my organization's products and processes!"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Dashworks is incredibly helpful and provides me value in multiple ways:

1. I use the AI features to adjust wording for written documentation I create

2. As a newer employee, I use Dashworks to search my linked accounts for information I would need to ask someone else about since we have a lot of information in different places and systems. This is immensely powerful for onboarding or keeping employees up to date on SAAS product functionalities!

3. searching the web is very easy as well. I have the chrome extension installed for Dashworks, so each time I open a tab, Dashworks is top of mind.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

The only downside is that sometimes the information I received based on my shared apps is incorrect. In these cases, the citations Dashworks provides do not match with the information I receive, so it's not too difficult to tell if something is accurate or not.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Learning more about my company's products and processes

2. Saving my colleagues' time because they don't need to answer as many questions from me

3. Helping me reword and improve documentation drafts

"We are building our Endeavor Knowledge at Scale thanks to Dashworks!"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

In my opinion, Dashworks is the best omni-search AI tool in the market that enables us to answer all kinds of questions using natural language and build workflows and bots. It's an excellent solution for us at Endeavor because we have a lot of fragmented information across various tools. Dashworks is helping us to build a collective memory at Endeavor. One of our challenges is that most of our knowledge is tribal knowledge and not institutionalized, residing only in people's heads. With Dashworks, we are narrowing down this gap.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

I would love to understand more about the limitations on the context window that the models have and know if there are limitations versus using directly gpt, for example.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are many use cases we are experimenting with Dashworks, to name a few:

- Endeavor Wiki: This feature answers any question about Endeavor, such as policies, events, and practically any other question that can be answered using platforms like Salesforce, Notion, and Google Drive.

- Bots: can be created to answer user questions using specific content and use cases. For example, we have a few bots in Slack, to support our users.

- Predictive analytics: Using feedback from ISP deliberation notes, we can identify the challenges a candidate may face and the questions that panelists might ask them.

- Data enrichment: This platform can be used to search the web for a mentor's biography and then cross-reference it with internal records to generate an updated final version in minutes.

- Code Review

- Summary of Notes

- Analysis and comparison of contracts and proposals

- Summary of Decks and extraction of relevant data

- Profile Writing Assistance

- Context about people and their possible interest in Endeavor

- Access to different AI models, in a secure environment, such as GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-4o, and Meta Llama 70B

"Smooth onboarding, immediate impact with the team, this is the internal AI search tool to deploy"

What do you like best about Dashworks?

Dashworks has been one of the most imapctful software tools that I have used. Almost the whole team use it frequently each day.

Our company integrated Dashworks with our website, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Hubspot, Asana, Stack Overflow for Teams, Notion, Github and Slack. Dashworks searches these apps in real time while respecting security permissions.

Our company is ISO 27001 certified and our clients are all Fortune 500 companies so security is critical with any software or app.

Personally, the number of queries (on knowledge) that come through to me each day have dropped from around 20 per day to an average of 5 per day.

Dashworks has also made onboarding way faster because new hires mostly ask their questions in Dashworks. Implementation of the tool is straight forward. I did the impelmentation with some basic assistance from Dashworks customer support.

There's also the search option of 'only searching the web' or 'AI only' search - with GPT-4o, GPT-4 Turbo or Meta Llama.

Our Stack Overflow questions and answers have also been imported into Dashworks and added to Dashwork's 'verfied answers', where we now add our own questions and answers. We still maintain Stack Overflow.

The support from Dashworks has been fantastic. They have a small fast moving team.

I've never been able to recommend any software more confidently.

What do you dislike about Dashworks?

I don't have anything that I dislike about Dashworks. I can give Dashworks my highest most confident rating.

What problems is Dashworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Assisting with knowledge management.

Finding slide decks, documents and spreadsheets in MS SharePoint.

Locating subtasks in Asana.

Finding information in Hubspot, Notion, Github, MS Teams, Slack and Google Workspace.

Answering internal questions on defintions, processes and policies.

Answering 'how to' questions.

Answering 'where' qiestions.

Summarizing client relationship questions.

Assistance with compiling emails.

Access to GPT-4o for general AI tool assistance.
