It has a very neat and uncluttered design and it interconnects with other apps such as Slack and Google Calendar which is incredibly useful as all the accounts are synchronized. It has numerous features including project management and billing that make it easy for us to work with. The running of it has been fine, and the customer support has been great each time we wanted some assistance. In summary, Scoro simplifies the management of projects and helps us spend less time on it.

What I don’t like about Scoro is that it is sometimes slow, particularly when opening a project with a lot of details. This has on one or the other occasion affected the efficiency of the team as we have to wait for a longer time to get the required data. Furthermore, it is necessary to add that reporting features could be more customizable. Though the customer support is helpful, such problems are irritating and can sometimes interfere with our operations.

It is a very good thing to have user-friendly navigational menu that helps you to quickly switch between different functionalities, especially when you have complex workflows. The updates also are a great feature, they have corrected many problems that we used to have, so it's more enjoyable. I also discover that the reporting tools are well-integrated into the system, thus, making it possible to compile complex data into easy-to-understand forms.

Nevertheless, Scoro has several disadvantages, particularly regarding the remote control and the Gantt chart features. I am still struggling with Gantt chart layout and assembling the reports sometimes becomes a time-consuming task especially when dealing with multiple currencies and varying expenditures

Not being able to treat resources as people. There are plenty of Resources that we have that don't need people to be associated with them but we are required to always add a person to a resource. It would also be great to have the ability to book out things like hard drives or register when a client sends us something and when it's sent back.

It's very intuitive - the whole team loves it, and as a bonus, the development team at Scoro seems to be developing it all the time. Unlike Traffic, which we had for years.

Slightly clunky when you create a project from an approved quote - seems you need to rename it and also create tasks (which is simply a click of a button) but you have to jump backwards and forwards a little to set the project up. Personally, I would like the project to just import the title from the quote and the tasks to automatically be created. Small detail.

More intuitive than our previous solution (Traffic) and the team at Scoro are very helpful and made the transition seamless pretty much. The induction process with new staff is easier because it kind of works like you'd expect it to.

The best thing about Scoro is its organizational structure. The different modules are all logically connected and easy to navigate. I also love how you can tap on anything and be redirected to another section of Scoro to further work on what you tapped. This makes using the software efficiently. Additionally, the channels and views can be reused easily, which saves a lot of time. Plus, even though much data is displayed on the screen, the interface has been designed to work well even on smaller screens like smartphones.

What I don't like about Scoro is that it's constantly updated without much notice. This makes it hard to keep up with the changes and get used to each new version. Also, accounting could be better designed to look more reliable and trustworthy. Lastly, there needs to be a way to track or input project milestones, which should be possible.

There is probably only a few things I dislike, firstly, when writing an email from scoro, you can save it as a new task, however you can't choose the end date of the task, thus after saving I have to go again to the task and choose the end date. And filters are a little confusing, but I am getting used to it.

Managment of clients, everyone in my company can see when and what was communicated with clients, what sales were done, what is planned etc. Visual graphs for KPI's really helps.

What do you like best about Scoro?
I like that Scoro is cloud-based, so we can access it from anywhere. Having our projects organized, and being able to track time to subtasks within the project is so helpful for us to collaborate and track our time efficiency.
What do you dislike about Scoro?
I would like to be able to display info from a project on a task card on my taskboard. Small integrations like that between the modules would improve the usefulness of the solution, but I'm being very picky here.

Scoro is very customizable. Definitely reach out to their sales advisors if you don't initially see how it can be a benefit to your operation.
What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system involved a time-tracking service separate from our MS Excel-based milestone and due date tracking. Scoro puts all that into one solution and gives us more insights into how we can better operate our business.

using the filter system - if you have selected more then 1 filters, it only picks up on the searches that have both the fliters

When creating a task, you can convert it into Event so you don't need to remind yourself from time to time as this event will notify you directly on your email

What do you like best about Scoro?
Attention to detail is, in my opinion, Scoro's greatest strength. It can be time-consuming to do administrative chores in Scoro, but doing so gathers all the information required to evaluate the project's progress in an one location. It has never been easier to delegate tasks to team members.
What do you dislike about Scoro?
Sadly, the application does not display the agreement's true provisions. The report does not reveal which pieces of machinery the client has a contract for, how much those contracts are worth, or when they were last traded.
What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?
When one can keep an eye on time, manage projects from beginning to end, and keep an integrated calendar, the amount of time spent on routine duties greatly decreases.

What do you like best about Scoro?
It's easy to use, it is well thought out, with access to other areas of the system in any window. I love the planner with auto planning assistance, the video tutorials, and help, actually do just that 'help' unlike some other software companies.
The support you get from the team is second to none.
I am a visual person and like aesthetics too, plus being able to use drag functions within the Gantt chart to be able to make changes more quickly
What do you dislike about Scoro?
The reoccurring tasks don't feel integrated. They are in a separate list and only pop up when they are due. You need to see them to avoid a conflict when planning.
I also need to be able to unplan a series of calendar or planned events and would like to be able to edit a batch of timed entries easily. you have to go in one at a time if, say, you wanted to change the activity type.
I would like to put put the work report as the filtered view to prevent having to manipulate the output file

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many projects and need to see availability more easily for planning future events, and we use the output reports for invoicing clients, as support materials.
I am about to ask for a new feature to be able to issue multiple invoices at once.
I am also going to pose an issue we have and how we best use the system. In essence, we need the system to calculate past activities in number of hours and deduct the amount that had been invoiced in the 50% up front invoice from the previous month without any manual calculation

What do you like best about Scoro?
It is customizable and there are many approaches to searching for projects / tasks depending on the client you are viewing. Gantt, for example, is very useful as a summary. You can add custom fields, so you can easily add the data you need. Multiple perspectives that show tasks for each project, person, etc. This allows you to track the time of your entire organization. The most useful thing about Scoro is that you can plan projects that occur frequently. The biggest advantage is that you can track jobs throughout the job process and track all deadlines and outcomes in one easy-to-find place. This allows everyone to access the same page. Another advantage is that you can use the Gantt chart feature to quickly change schedules and results. Clients love to see the visual representation of a project plan, and Scoro provides the ability to share it with clients.
What do you dislike about Scoro?
Scoro time monitoring function is most likely one of the most in need of enhancement. It has all of the essentials for project time tracking, but not much extra to make it more comprehensive. Aside from that, the ability to create forms lead to other forms in job creation would be another enhancement that would make job opening much more efficient. Some of the connectors are simple to use, while others require customer care assistance to completely integrate with my system. Because it is so customisable, it may be a little intimidating at first, and I discovered that we didn't have an optimal underlying fix.

Scoro is a wonderful option if you need a project management software that is simple to set up and use. Its timesheet tracking and reporting features are really beneficial. I've used other applications, such as BaseCamp, which is a fantastic homework and daily task manager but cannot handle large projects. Scoro's performance is far better, which is why I suggest it.
What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have client and team timesheets, and creating client timesheet invoices and team timesheet reports with Google Sheets has always been a time-consuming and difficult procedure. Scoro novel timekeeping and reporting tool solves that challenge. Scoro is all I need to manage my projects, tasks, and the launch of our product; each stage of development is highly detailed so that we don't miss any important steps in between. When I discuss notification at each stage of the progress, I may tag all team members to take care of the progress and vice versa.

What do you like best about Scoro?
I appreciate how you can manage the process in as much detail or as simply as you need for different internal teams to complete their projects and duties while maintaining transparency for everyone. We also like the option to conduct evaluations and approvals online rather than in person or on paper. It greatly expedites our work because several of our project stakeholders frequently travel or are out of the country. Because you may access the documents from anywhere with an Internet connection, this review function helps us to collect input and approvals quickly.
What do you dislike about Scoro?
While the new style makes logic and looks attractive, I like the old one since it appeared to be easier to work with. Project management has become more challenging as a result of new upgrades. Some previously simple components of project management have grown more difficult to handle, necessitating more clicks to accomplish the same amount of labor. The program also has certain restrictions for what we are utilizing it for.

Getting several internal teams to operate on the same system with various workflows has always been difficult, but Scoro has allowed each team to manage their work in their chosen style without affecting any other internal teams in the process, providing for transparency. Scoro helps us coordinate tasks and keep different team members organized so that each assignment is finished on time. We also utilize Scoro to submit projects and papers to team members for evaluation. The digital review procedure works effectively for us since it allows our teams to continue working and projects to progress even when personnel are vacationing or stationed outside of the nation.

I enjoy how easy it is to create projects and how task bundles may assist minimize project creation time. I also enjoy how easy it is to manage Projects, Tasks, Quotes, and Billing all in one place. The project management capabilities are excellent, and the growth of system updates has been really beneficial. Scoro customisation works great for us; we've been able to change a lot of the variables to better suit how we manage projects.
What do you dislike about Scoro?
Although it is very adaptable, the system cannot be altered to the extent that we want because some of the dropdown lists are default settings. It would be good to be able to delete a task from a project without having to return to the project you were working on in the first place. Another downside of this program is unquestionably its cost.
