It has been helpful in terms of helping clients and members of the team and been very excellent in problem solving

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

Only one issue i had with logmein that if there are many users logged in at once we were not able to access it and this is the one and only issue I had

It was always very helpful and also you can use logmein at the time you are on call via different means and use logmein simultaneously

Fastest response by customer support to solve issues either by remote support or remote desktop support. Solve customer issue and connecting to client computer without hassle.

No dislike for now. I have use it everyday for 3 years and found nothing to complaint.

I think the user experience could be improved - sometimes it's hard to see if a session has been started, or which button to click to resume

older clients using our CRM system are typically tech-avoidant and have difficulties with even the most basic virtual functions (Teams calls) so log me in benefits us as they can call us via landline but then share their screens. our clients really love it and will always ask us to use it.

LogMeIn enables me to better support customers with Professional Services projects. I have used LogMeIn with two different companies for a total of 7 years.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

LogMeIn is not as friendly on MacOS, but it can still work. From my experiences there are more hoops to go through with LogMeIn on MacOS than on Windows.

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Though Zoom and Teams have remote control options, neither of them allow you to share a clipboard and copy paste text from your side to the remote host's side. Also, the file transfer tool is a valuable tool to quickly transmit information from one host to the other.

It is much more efficient when everyone is looking at the same screen and you are not trying to direct clients to click a specific button and they are on a different screen than you think they are. We utilize LogMeIn all day long.

"The Real Rescue & Safety"

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

The software seems to be highly effective for the remote teams as we often come across challenges with our systems/machines and LogMeIn creates a smooth passage through which the operations are not impacted which ultimately leads to minimum TAT for majority of the issues which requires troubleshooting.

The best part is that it works with all the browsers hence giving almost zero difficulties for the IT teams to operate it.

The support is not much required but seems to be quick and accessible. The implementation being smooth as well.

Though we didin't sign up for any integrations, but it seems to be effective as well.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

I believe that the pricing is more on the upper hand which is expected to be the reason that LogMeIn might not be able to tap the smaller businesses.

It is very useful for both customers and vendors. Screenshots multiple sessions and super fast access.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

As such there's nothing to dislike but it takes a lot of time to get the code and sometimes the session get disconnected.

There is link and code to share with user. When the admin credentials used the screen is not visible to user. Easily able to install application in the user. Securely setup with several steps foer permission from user side. Globally accepted app for professionals in service desk, technical support. The unmute, chat option are great to connect with users. Overall, I love working with the logmein.

I don't have much that I dislike other than the price per se. I do know that they offer a free trial and that way you get to see what it is about and how it many be able to help you.

At times my computers tend to not work and they are freezing and that is the reason that I am able to call in and get somone to work on my computer right away, not wait for a call back.

What do you like best about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

I think the biggest benefit to using Rescue is how simple it was for my company to adapt to using it. It provided an immense help to our staff, and in turn made for a positive customer experience in the end. The ability to connect remotely to our customers when they need help made this without a doubt our main go-to tool.

Plus, it goes without saying it was very user-friendly as well.

What do you dislike about LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo?

The only main issue we had with it, and it caused us to address our hardware as a staff was the compatibility issue. A lot of employees used android, and some used IOS. I felt, and a lot of staff felt they got a different experience depending on which one they used.

What problems is LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved one main problem and that was the lack of ability to easily connect with our clients. I feel that Rescue did just that. It rescued us from a place where we were unsure if we could help to the best of our abilities, and made it so easy to do so. It is benefitting us through all of the positive feedback our clients have given us, coupled with a positive response from our people in the office and working remotely!
