What do you like best about CONQUER?

The team we work with is incredibly personable, knowledgable and flexible. The product itself is easy to understand.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

No notes at this time. Any request we've made has been taken seriously. I have no complaints.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps our sales team engage with potential customers in a more efficient manor as well as continue contact with existing customers to share successes and address concerns on their progam.

"Conquer has been a great tool to maximize our reps' time."

What do you like best about CONQUER?

Helps our reps maximize their time and get more done.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Voicemail has been a bit tricky. No easy transcription. It may be available at an extra cost, I'm not sure.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

The process of making calls and logging them into our CRM can be cumbersome, Conquer helps our reps spend less time on the backend and more time selling.

Does not sync up with all report types when loading opportunities directly into the dialer.

"Conquer has made our team more efficient!"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

The ability to customize cadences and allow our reps to take advantage of the autonomy. Mitch has been great to work with and was a great help throughout the entire process. He understands what our needs are and is able to assist with options.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

As it being our first year in the platform everything has gone smooth and our reps have been liking all the features that have been brought to the table on a daily basis.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to track outbound calls better and allowing the system to work with Saleforce. The integration has been a very benefical piece for us.

"Conquer review, overall positive."

What do you like best about CONQUER?

Its easy to use and train new employees on how to utilize it. Call recording, opportunities to make campaigns as the market needs. We utilize this product daily. Customer support has been solid when we have an issue with the product.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Conquer mobile. It's not the most user friendly, and call recordings have gone missing. This is a major issue with our business as we must comply with CMS rules and regulatoins. We must obtain all sales calls for 10 years. This is an increased risk for us so we have decided not to highly utlize this feautre since it hasn't been consistent or esolved.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves compliance oversight for employees. I am able to track on trends for the buisness to be able to pivot and make the most out of leads we are working.

Allows us to wokr a smooth process with our other mortgage items and products we have.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Ther are a little slow to impleemt when we bring items up. However i understand why.

What do you like best about CONQUER?

The increased output and time the product adds detrimental to our teams continued success. We have seen increases that we really enjoy.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

The set up process is long, but Mitch was great in helping.

"The dialer works as designed and the support team is great!"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

It's very easy to set up and use and integrate into our business. The support team is helpful and responds very quickly.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

The only downside is not having the ability to integrate video meetings into the dialer.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conquer helps us with the reporting and analytics aspect of outbound calling. We now how much time and how many calls our users are making. We can coach them from those reports.

"Reliable Product & Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

Conquer has been a great partner for us in our tenure with them. Their product is extrenly reliable and most importantly when questions or concerns do arrise their customer service is always there to support in real time.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

With any tech product it has to be built in a manner that meets the needs of many vs the individual entity. There are some great value adds of conquer that dont neccesirality meet the needs of our business, but i'm sure address the needs of other users. Overall they are continiously developing their technology and i'm eager to see whats next.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are a vital part of our inbound and outbound business outreach.

"Easy Calling Lots of Selling"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

The campaigns with conquor are great to get a lot of calls in.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

sometimes it will not pick up that someone answered and you wont be able to hear them right away but its rare.

Conquer Saves you time and the more time you have the more sales you can make.

"The standout from Conquer is their support team"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

This is a pretty straightforward tool, BUT if an issue ever comes up their support team is quick and helpful in their response - one time they even hopped on a Zoom with me to help fix the issue. They are GREAT

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Sometimes I do have tech issues with Conquer but overall is a intuative and helpful tool

It is an easy way for me to get in touch with my clients!

"Great Product. increases efficiency!"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

Working from home, and manually dialing numbers from my cell phone was wasting previous time during Call blocks. Especially when I had a big list in front of me, conquer makes this process easier and more efficient.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

I would love to be able to build a dial list on it, to make it even easier for dial sessions.

Being more efficient with my calls.

The service is wonderful. Alexis has helped me with two separate issues, both resulting in fixing the problem.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Some of the same issues are reoccurring.

It is great to use, but has some faults, but nothing that is too unbearable.

Servicing from Amanda Aldrich and Automation - makes life so much easier on my sales staff.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Email templates - wish we didn't have to switch out the template for each campaign. I would use that feature if that wasn't the case.

"Excellent and Efficient Service"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

I was astounded at how compassionate the customer service staff is and how quickly they were able to resolve my issue. I spoke with Alexis Lynn about an issue I was having with a predatory prospect. Alexis spoke with me, making me feel safe and reassured, and was able to have the number blocked near immediately.

In Short: Kind, Quick, with Satisfactory Results!

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Sometimes Dialsource can freeze but a quick refresh fixes this.

Recommendations to others considering CONQUER:

Support team gives you a dedicated person to help resolve your issue (no bots).

Rapid responses with well detailed answers.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

1.) I am able to call prospects quickly and easily without having to give out my personal number.

2.) It is very easy to submit a ticket for help if needed

"My Benchmark Company for all things Customer Service"

What do you like best about CONQUER?

Their team is top notch, competent, professional, and always going the extra mile. I often reference what they do to my own team as to how best handle customers and set our own Customer Service department up for success.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

Since we use Microsoft Dynamics sometimes it seems Salesforce clients may get a new update or feature before Dynamics customers.

Recommendations to others considering CONQUER:

It's easy to use and you cannot find support like you get from this company anywhere else.

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

DialSource, with it's accurate and detailed tracking of calling, actually has benefited our company immensely. Turns out we had an employee who was not being truthful about calling. When we switched to DialSource, the numbers showed us some red flags that otherwise we would not have seen. We also call quicker and better than ever before. It's allowed us to almost double our productivity rate.

What do you like best about CONQUER?

I love being able to track all my reps calls through DS manager and give live coaching rather than listening to a call after it happened.

What do you dislike about CONQUER?

I currently dislike the slow response time with calls and also when you call people there is a slight delay, it would be awesome if the latency would be cut down.

Recommendations to others considering CONQUER:

I would reccomend fixing the latency issues, also something i truly love about dialsource is their support teams! The support team answered my questions in a timely manner which is needed for my field of work, when dialsource goes down our company goes down!

What problems is CONQUER solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits of using dialsource is that all my reps calls are recorded and i can also listen into states that dont allow call recordings. This is huge when my reps buddy dial and for my coaching.
