"Real Estate Investing CRM"

What do you like best about Close?

Close was the preferred CRM at the company I worked for years ago. When I decided to start my own firm, I knew that the Close System was my first investment. This system is easy to use and has plenty of features. You can tailor the system to work for your team. The app has been a great addition in the last few years and makes working each day much easier. Never miss a deal with this software!

What do you dislike about Close?

I have not had any issues with close that they were not able to address with customer support. Keep up the good work Close!

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close has allowed my small startup to get off the ground in a cost effective manner. I am able to pay monthly and upgrade at anytime. I use the software to keep track of my leads and use the VOIP services.

"Close is great"

What do you like best about Close?

It allows me to have one place where I come to and see the progress of my leads, who I need to contact and reminds me of where I got to with them.

It's amazing to know exactly your last point of contact all in one place, this means you can follow up my personally and efficiently. Saves time and makes money! I use this daily now.

The customer support is great. I can reach out about a problem and get a non AI response rapidly, it's amazing. Super easy to integrate across to and get started as well.

What do you dislike about Close?

There's not much I dislike about close to be honest. I couldn't really tell you anything.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of being able to track the last time I spoke to a lead, their response and any notes all in one place.

"Bringing Sales to the next Level"

What do you like best about Close?

Before we used close we had difficulties with managing all of our leads, we've lost a lot of potential because of that. After starting using Close and creating a great system, we are now at a super fast response rate and managing all our customers with ease.

The support is super helpful and also really fast. I love that you can call from the app directly and get a conclusion with the AI-Assistant. All in all it's a great app and I love using close since the first day.

What do you dislike about Close?

I would love to pin the most important information at the top of the lead activity.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to manage hundreds of clients with a small team and be very fast all the time. Also we don't lose information because of calls which are not recorded.

"Easy to use but super capable sales-tool"

What do you like best about Close?

Compared to (in my oppinion) cluttered CRMs like Pipedrive, Close is super user friendly. What i like the most is the beautiful ui, which is much more streamlined than most of the competition. Using close therefore is fun. When i ecountered problems, the mail-support was quick in helping me.

Another great advantage: the api is really good, via zapier we can connect and automate other software like Clickup, Perspective Funnels etc. best thing about it: the integrated mails. In close i got more overview regarding mails than in my mail app.

Lastly, integrated calling is nice to have. For me its not the biggest part of my job but beeing able to call from within close from time to time without the need to take out my phone and dial numbers is great!

Setting up close was pretty easy, the guide helped a lot.

All in all is clsoe my buddy throughout the day, love to use it.

What do you dislike about Close?

At first, the price tag seemed pretty high. But considering the calue, close delivers, im ok with that after all.

I Would have wished for maybe a call to set up everything, getting some tips and best pracises.

Maybe an integrated AI, trained specially for cold mails would be great, i am using Chat GPT for that part. The integrated AI is okay, but not as capable as for example Chat GPT.

"For me, the best CRM on the market."

What do you like best about Close?

Close is lean, like our business. Most CRMs are completely overloaded and do not focus on what really matters. We work with Close every day and in 2 different areas with the multi-organization license. Close is intuitive and offers EXACTLY THE FUNCTIONS that our team needs day by day. Our entire team (ex-Apple, ex-Mercedes) says there has never been a better CRM in any company.

The updates are always on-point and the software receives new features almost monthly, which add even more value. Via Zapier, Close can be integrated into almost any setup excellently and that too without hardcoding!

What do you dislike about Close?

I can't say much about that. Every now and then there are bugs, but the team resolves them within a few days and ALWAYS takes them seriously. I don't know if that's a disadvantage. In Germany, we say: Where there is planing, shavings will fall!

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pretty much every problem in the B2B sales process. We are a product company, and even here, Close can be applied excellently. Whether it's handovers between teams, documentation of offers, etc. Close is our all-in-one solution!

"Easier power dialing"

What do you like best about Close?

Making the switch to Close has been such a game-changer for us. While we were using old CRM system (which I will not mention lol) power dialing felt like a full-time job in itself, and it wasted so much of our time. With Close, the whole process is way more streamlined and just makes sense for how we work.

Plus, having transcripts built right in is a huge plus. Now we don’t have to mess around with other tools for notes, and it’s super easy to share all the call details with our closers. They go into meetings way better prepared with the info they need on each prospect, and it’s made everything run a lot smoother. Overall, Close has been a breath of fresh air for us!

What do you dislike about Close?

I don't really know if will be able to match the AI automations we had in our old CRM system, but who knows, I am not a tech guy

"Close CRM is the Real Deal!"

What do you like best about Close?

Close CRM is a simple but powerful platform that is easy to navigate. What I really like is the fact that you can segment your data based on a number of filters. I especially like that I can see who opened my emails so that I can prioritize my follow up with leads that are more likely to convert.

What do you dislike about Close?

There is not much that I don't like. I wish there was a native integration with data providers like Seamless.ai.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close allows me to sort through a large data set to find prospective clients in a systematic approach. I can tailor my message to the prospect based on the data in Close and automate my follow up. I'm saving so much time and it is much more efficient than other point solutions I've used in the past. In my opinion, Close is the best CRM on the market for this segment.

"Great CRM for a Small but Growing Company"

What do you like best about Close?

Nice interface, really customizable, easy to navigate and very user friendly once you know the ropes. An excellent customer support team. The initial setup was really simple, even though we were coming from an ancient Access database. And they are constantly taking feedback and creating new features and solutions.

What do you dislike about Close?

I wish there was an easier way to integrate to bill.com, which is what we use for invoicing. Also, a lot of our customers are on payment plans, and so far I haven't found a super easy way to track those through Close.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking the sales pipeline and making financial projects - not only does Close help us figure out what is coming in and what sales we could potentially be closing soon, it also helps us track what customers DIDN'T end up closing the sale and why. With all the customizable fields, Close makes tracking current and potential customers simple.
