After testing out a variety of CRM and online form builder software solutions, I was excited to come across a particular app that stood out from the rest. With its robust features and user-friendly interface, it quickly became clear that this software had the potential to be a game-changer.

Pipedrive has been a super incredible tool for me, it is the best CRM with which I have worked, it has functionalities that are very useful for me in the B2B prospecting part, it is constantly updated, it incorporates new functionalities from the trends in the market and that contributes a lot worth.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
What I like most is the visual funnel representation with the individual phases (target, opportunity, offer, etc.), which can be customized depending on the company funnel and provides a clear overview of the sales processes. This gives us a better idea of how much revenue can be generated in each phase and allows us to focus our attention accordingly.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
We don't use the lead module at all, as I think it's redundant. In addition, the newsletter function in the campaign module could have more functions.
What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pipedrive to structure our sales processes and keep track of all deals. To do this, we use the filter function to create lists using these filters, which we discuss in the committee and work through together. We save an enormous amount of time thanks to the improved clarity.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
It has really good dedicated areas for each entity we have like client , leads and budget and makes it more clear to see it later or analys it.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
Seems there is no more gray area here but the only thing I might see is some UI and UX changes needed in it which can make it more easy for users to see certain different data on the go.
What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?
So earlier for our sales pipeline we were using Trello cards to manage it but it was getting so difficult when we need to analyse that. But since we started pipedrive it's so wonderful and easy to do all that.
"Great customer service for fairly complex CRM tool"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
The customer service is great--though response times can be long (1+ hour). I found it seamless to work with various reps over a few days to solve a problem I couldn't figure out after two webinars and many Youtube videos. It took me many hours to learn the basics of Pipedrive (still a lot more to it than I'm using) and I'm glad I invested that time. It's a complex tool, and so far I expect the depth of what it can do will payoff in the long run. I'm sure there are simplier CRMs out there, but Pipedrive has a lot of functionality that I'll use to grow my business. There are a lot of excellent independent Pipedrive consultants whose videos were super helpful when I started. So it's great that the tool is common enough that the tutorial videos go beyond what Pipedrive itself offers.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
The tool is super complex and it felt like learning a new language. The intro webinars are super basic so by the time they came around, I had already learned the ground level stuff from UT. There is so much functionality I wonder if it is overkill for my small team. However, as we grow I can see a some of the features becoming useful.

easy to use and better yet customize, yet still has a clean interface.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
There are current features that can you improvements to make them great, yet they keep adding more features in other areas - that are also, not great.
What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing open deals, I would never be able to keep this organized in spreadsheets. Also our sales cycle varies - some cases are open and shut, while other's are slower and involve more levels of approvals therefore tend to be on the longer side. Not worrying about having to rememebr to follow up with all active cases relieves stress. As well as notifying us of clietns upcoming renewals.
"Comprehensive, Easy-to-use CRM Solution"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
Pipedrive has sucessfully structured their CRM with humans in mind who may not be experts at using complex software. They have made it simple without compromising critical features. We use it every day for simple sales to complicated tenders and projects and Pipedrive provides all the activity tracking from lead-in to close. Customer support is excellent and responsive but there is extensive material on learn.pipedrive.com if users prefer to do a self -paced support or learn the product.
Its easy to setup, in minutes actually. Just start by creating a contact person or their orginzation and add information and events about your sales interaction until the deal is closed.
If you use gmail or slack, it integrates easily and with gmail, you can create or amend Pipedrive directly from within gmail using a chrome extension. All in all, its an excellent suite thats both powerful and affordable.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
The deafult views for deals and people need to be customised because out-of-the-box, they are pretty basic, but it can be done.
I would like to see more integration with financial acocunting software like Sage 50

We moved from keeping sales performance spreadsheets to pipedrive and its allowed us to:
- trend our wins vs losses
- determine best performing services
- incentivise sales employees by pulling performance reports
- have access to dashboard style reports that are easy for c-level management to grasp.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
I really like the deal flow nature of PipeDrive. I thelps focus you on moving each prospect to the next stage, not just closing the deal. I also love how it always prompts you and flags leads that don't have follow up associated with it so that you never miss keeping in touch with leads.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
I'm customized some fields I need in the app but it displays funny because they are written as questions and there's not enough space. I use these as prequal questions and prefer to have them in the app directly but the app real estate needed to show them as questions is not sufficient.

I needed a good sales CRM that helped me keep a bird's eye view on our leads, stages of leads, and help manage aggressive lead follow up.

That I can't create automatic offers. I have my products in there. I have the value of my products in there, the data of the clients. I now still have to create an offer on a different site. (or maybe it exists and i just dont know how...)

Time scheduling could improve - too many clicks to schedule the 'time' component of the next Action Item.
in the "What by When" terms - the "What" is very well treated in this software, but the "When" could improve.

i'm a new business and needed a CRM system - a friend of mine (also small business) recommended Pipedrive.
The pipedrive lead tracking features and drag/drop project features are fantastic.
its super quick to create customer contacts and projects (all in 1 place if needed).

Pipedrive is keeping track of my customers and projects, whilst also giving me the ability to create sales graphs/tracking.
before i was using spreadsheets (doh!) but now its all in 1 place and super easy to keep track of.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
I have been invloved in residential property sales for the past 36 years, therefore before digital technology took over the property industry. I have seen many CRM systems for real estate brokers and estate agents.
PipeDrive is one of the most user friendly and adaptable of systems that I have experienced. I use PipeDrive every day and it has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of my work.
Customer support has been at the level I had expected and the ease of implentation of the guidance received has been reassuringly easier than competitor systems.
The integration of other associated programs like MailChimp has been a smooth process also.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
It would be advantageous if a products list can be created, for example houses for sale, and then have a matching system to appropriate buyers.

PipeDrive improves the efficency with which I work. It has wonderful flexibility so that I can create my own pipelines for different purposes. The integration with other applications is a benefit also.

I love how pipedrive help me to manage my deals.
I can manage where my leads come from through sources we can set on pipedrive settings.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
One thing I do not Like on pipedrive is that it is difficult to integrate with others technologies, mainly technologies that help me to receive my top of funnel.
I had some dificulties to integrate with active campaign, where I manage my paid campaigns and also with Zapier, where I manage new users in my platform (They become leads after that and a need the integration).
I'm not a master on technology, I am a seller, as a not-expert in technology I had much dificulty, I needed to hire a freelancer to help me, so it would be cool if a "normal user" could do that byt themselves

"Good starter CRM but lacking key features for advanced workflow"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
Easy to get started/implement, good customer support, smooth email integration, easy to use pipeline, comprehensive overall main features. On a basic level, Pipedrive is excellent.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
Lacking key functionality to properly address the workflow we require. e.g. Offers automation for follow-ups, but lacks threaded emails so need workaround. Offers a calendar but re-assigning tasks by drag-and-drop only works within the same week. Offers calculations but cannot use calculations in the product module. Offers webform, but cannot full integrate for our needs. The end result is we can only partially benefit or sometime not benefit at all from existing Pipedrive features, waiting (sometimes for years) for key functionality to be added to the feature set.

Pipedrive provides a central repository that our team can reference, with an easy to understand UI.
"Simple, easy and powerful"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
It's easy to use and customizable. It's suitable for small and large businesses. It has plan options for all budgets. I also use the classes section because they're educational and allow us to explore all the features.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
It's hard to say. But since we are based in Brazil, not everyone speaks fluent English to understand the webinars and to have access to support. It would be good to have support, even if at reduced hours, for Portuguese.

For us the Pipedrive's feature to standout is its ability to effectively map and manage complex customer structures, such as a 3-grade customer hierarchy. This flexibility through customizable contact fields allows us to organize customers into different levels such as wholeseller, retailers and end-customers - ensuring a clear representation of relationships and roles within the sales process.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
The fact that its not (yet) connectable with copilot for sales in outlook. Pictures of Contacts are very fuzzy to upload of files. It would be easier to be able to cut out pictures ouf email signatures by the snipping tool and paste into the picture filed into pipedrive.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
1. Adaptability of price (subscription packages) to meet the requirements of company operations

Lack of extensive marketing automation resources and scoring of leads in CRM
What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to introduce the hyper-personalisation methodology thanks to the large room for manoeuvre in managing leads and introducing their descriptions. Great interface for tracking project changes, as well as tracking contact with leads.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
We have a phrase in the company "The Business Speaks" and let me tell you that what it speaks we can record in Pipedrive, we love how a little creativity can be put at the service of the company with the Pipedrive Tool
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
We have another phrase in the company "Exhaust the well" when you can no longer get more benefit, utility or improvement from a process, we have not reached that point with Pipedrive to be able to say that we do not like it.
What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our Music Academy, Pipedrive has been key to organizing and managing our clients efficiently. The integration with Google allowed us to quickly migrate our contacts, classifying them with labels such as "active", "inactive" and "balances payable." This made it easy to create a sales funnel, which we have refined over time.
Thanks to Pipedrive, we now have accurate statistics on customer retention, conversion rate and churn, allowing us to optimize our processes and make informed decisions to improve the business.
"Best CRM for usability out there!"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
This is now the 4th business I have deployed Pipedrive for as no other CRM manages to make the complex intricacies of sales and customer management and display them with such a simple to use and understand interface.
Furthermore, with integrations into all our other tech suite products, from shopify to mailchimp and even xero (via Zapier) the amount of hours and needless admins saved helps lean business function way beyond their capacity.
Lastly, once you have come for the cool features you will stay for the customer service: I have never known service like it, queries are dealt with swiftly and you are even chased from the customer service team, not the other way around like usual.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
Sometimes, finding high level figures like 'number of new customers' and others need a complex set up of filters and aren't always reliable.

It takes away all the admin and keeps sales moving along
"Great Pipeline Visibility and Ease of Use, Just Missing a Quick Close Date Adjustment"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
I like how easy it is to view your pipeline as a whole in different views. Grid view makes it wasy to see all deals with the the deal amount and what stage it is in. Forecasting view is great for seeing when you are anticipating closing and what your pipeline looks like for the future. Really love the ease of moving from one stage to another as well.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
While the different views are nice, I wish there was en easier way to adjust the close date and also see what my projected close date is from the grid view. The only way to do this is the list view, which I don't use to often.

It makes it easy to see projections for future months and performance for past months. Benefitting me by helping me keep all my deals in one place.
"The easiest way to manage my business"
What do you like best about Pipedrive?
Pipedrive is very easy to use and has everything I need. I had previously tried other tools like Notion or Google Sheets to organize myself, but this CRM is on another level.
Firstly, noting down client data and the respective companies they belong to is much simpler at the interface level.
Of course, finding and modifying them is also easier.
But that's not the best part; when you receive an email from them, their data appears on the side for easy consultation (because the CRM can be linked with email and managed right there).
Also, when writing to them, there are differences, as templates with auto-fill fields based on their data can be created.
Added to this is the ability to create contact filters and send personalized emails, which can also be scheduled.
And, if you provide a service that lasts more than a day, the project function that Pipedrive has is great because you can stipulate the different stages for each type of service, and within each one, establish tasks and activities as reminders.
This allows for proper tracking of the process's progress.
Additionally, the emails created within a project are linked to it, so whenever there are responses within a thread, the data will appear on the side.
What I mention is only in relation to clients who have already contracted, but the CRM goes far beyond this, as it also focuses on sales (that is its original idea, in fact), so if in day-to-day operations you need to organize many meetings or need to follow up with potential clients, this tool is ideal for those purposes.
There are even automations so that when something happens, a certain action is executed.
And, another functionality is that it is possible to schedule mass emails with the campaign function, to do email marketing or send newsletters, being able to schedule and configure them with multiple options, using the same contact filters.
Lastly, but as important as the above, is the support, which I have contacted several times and they have always solved my problems.
Also, Pipedrive's knowledge base is very good, with very clear tutorials.
The platform's speed is also very good.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
Some annoying bugs.
For example, when I click on the inbox button on the sidebar, it often shows me an email and I have to click it again to see the list of those I have received.
And another example is that in drafts, some emails remain that do not disappear when discarded, and I have to reconnect the link with the email.
It's not something annoying, but I have the interface in Spanish and sometimes there are things in English. For example, in the date fields, where the month is written in English and on other occasions in Spanish.
Sometimes the quick shortcuts don't work. For example, clicking on "a" to create an activity, and I have to refresh.
Another issue is that you cannot link the same contact with more than one company, and I have to create a duplicate for companies that belong to the same client.
Recently, I found out about the existence of role-based email. I subscribed to the Campaigns add-on and several of my contacts, which I already had and thought were subscribed, were not. It's easy to notice when you create a new one that you can't mark them with that status, but if you have many and want to mark several as subscribed through the contact section based on a filter, you don't realize it. I think that if you subscribe to Campaigns, it's good for Pipedrive to warn its users about this so that it doesn't happen to them like it did to me, and they verify their database and request double opt-in for these particular contacts.
I consider two-factor authentication (2FA) poorly implemented. It would be great if a security key, like Yubico's Yubikey, could be used, and not have a code sent to the email. For example, I have my email linked in Pipedrive and it's to that same email that the code is sent. So, I don't use the native email app to check them, but Pipedrive, and every time I'm asked to verify my login, I have to go to the native app (Gmail). I use a Yubikey for the most important sites and consider Pipedrive one of those, and I would like to see this functionality implemented.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
Pipedrive is extremely user-friendly. I set it up almost entirely by myself, I did the migration, set up the pipelines, prepared templates for emails and set up a few automation myself. This is not something to take for granted as I used a competitor's CRM before Pipedrive and it was everything but easy and intuitive and my frustration with it resulted in a suboptimal use of the CRM. Something else about Pipepidrive that is really worth mentioning is Smart Docs. That is primarily what attracted me to Pipedrive. Having the possibility to pre-fill any document with the CRM data fields is what we've been looking for in our firm all along.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
It would be great if Pipedrive could be integrated with other invoicing software and not just Quickbooks

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
Its user-friendly design is one of my favorite features because it allows my team to easily track leads, prioritize opportunities, and update lead status. An excellent customer relationship management system focused on marketing and sales is Pipedrive, which is easy to use and allows users to easily personalize emails with contact or company names. Pipedrive is a fantastic platform, so it's hard to find fault with it. However, I wish the customization options were more versatile, especially in terms of detailed reports.

With Pipedrive we can create accounts, analyze email data and much more. Set up the sales funnel in a way that generates leads. Its email-based communication really keeps our sales activity up to date. With its automated alerts, we don't have to worry about losing potential sales because we can see exactly what's happening at every step of our sales process. It's a lifesaver for us in terms of saving time and effort when it comes to entering new lead data. It's great for organizing contacts, seeing the big picture of accounts and tracking sales.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
The approach that Pipedrive uses for sales funnel management is very simple and visual when working. I like its simplicity. Everyone on the team can see the process that each sale goes through and in each user profile. It is very intuitive.
Task automation is a strong point in this program for repetitive tasks, sending emails, and setting reminders. It is very easy to handle and configure.
The integration that Pipedrive offers with other applications is very extensive and convenient. It allows you to connect with various applications or programs that the user is already familiar with and work together.
Lastly, I would highlight the mobile application. When I can't be on the PC, I use the iPhone app to create reminders and record voice notes or simply catch up on upcoming tasks. It is very easy to handle, and its interface is intuitive and dynamic.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
The grade I have given it is a 9 because there is always room for improvement. Pipedrive uses very good tools and its interface for the sales process, the funnel, the sales pipeline; but it is limited outside of this area like marketing, customer follow-up, lead analysis, etc.
Although it allows you to integrate and connect with various external applications to synchronize data, a company ultimately seeks to have a single tool that facilitates everything at the same time: sales management, marketing, lead follow-up, and customer service on the same platform.
Pipedrive is a good tool for small-medium businesses, but it can improve for companies that require more powerful data management.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?
I really love the Pipedrive's UX! It's extremely intuitive and easy to use. Not only that, its email sync and email-sending features from inside the tool are amazing! I was using a different CRM before this, but after a careful evaluation of Pipedrive during its trial period, I was just in love with it! I have also set up a number of automations in the tool, which were extremely easy to set up and have made my work so much easier too! I am using its Lead Form add-on to manage my leads, and the Projects Add-on to manage my clients and send automated messages to them during different phases of my projects.
What do you dislike about Pipedrive?
The only downside I can recognize in Pipedrive for now is its pricing - it's too high for a solopreneur like me. I wish its add-ons at least were a little cheaper (especially the LeadBooster add-on.

Pipedrive is a dream come true when it comes to an easy-to-use CRM tool! On top of that, the availability of add-ons such as Smart Docs, Lead Forms, and Projects have really helped turn this in a complete Client Management Software, which I love!
