"Easy to read summaries with an accurate and brief description"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari has helped us scale our quality process for auditing calls of our sales team. It provides useful easy-to-use summaries that explains the call beautifully. It is really easy to search a phrase said on a call from a list of thousands of calls. Another useful feature of Clari is the transcription process of the calls that take place in other languages (other than English). This transcription feature is particularly helpful to us in auditing calls of salespeople who dial in regions outside US which was not possible for us earlier. It has helped us scale our quality process and build a more robust feedback process in place that helps the salespeople with immediate training. Clari has helped us a lot in measuring our sales pipeline and taking actions to bring immediate improvements to the process. Gone are the days when we had to listen to an entire call just to find if the price was shared on a call or if the benefits were explained to the prospect properly. It helps us save hours of time. Kudos to this product!

What do you dislike about Clari?

I guess when you scale a company it comes with a set of challenges. Clari has a support portal where you can raise tickets. I thinks it would be even more helpful if we could receive a call from Clari support team if needed instead of strict email communications.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clari helps us save hours of time since we do not have to listen to an entire call to find out what actually happened on a call. It has helped us scale our quality process and also given tools to widen our visibility on calls that are in a foreign (non-English) language.

"Clari has helped me throughout my journey in Sales"

What do you like best about Clari?

It consolidates a lot of complex deal information into a simple dashboard that has helped me manage my various roles as account executive, regional leader and geographic leader. The single truth eliminates the misinformation and timing often associated with off line reporting and analytics. I can use it anyware from mobile or laptop so I can get the info in real time.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Limited customisation to look at rolling forecast accuracy or averages. Flipping to other apps outside of the forecast screen is annoying. Also the moble client needs work.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us roll up and consolodate our funnel and forecast process across 6 regions om a consistent manner that uses the real time data from SFDC.

"Better than Gong!"

What do you like best about Clari?

Super easy to use and great insights! The interface is clear and has helped me improve my calls.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Nothing comes to mind as of now, so far its been great!

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue is keeping succint notes in Salesforce since our sale cycles are so short, its great having access to Clari to go back and review calls. Its essentially my notepad for all my deals.

1. filters could get a little confusing at times

2. it would be helpful to have intuitive suggestions like Monthly breakup = Qtr callout not matching and aspects would be very helpful

"Revenue Intelligence platform that is hugely impactful for sales/account managers / Customer Success"

What do you like best about Clari?

The platform is always evolving. Originally this was a meeting recording platform that would accompany you in your meetings and record the session but now there is detailed AI functionality in the system that will help you analyse the transcript fo the meeting, highlight action items and now will even send you summaries of the meeting afterwards. It also can integrate with your calendar so will automatically populate in your calls

What do you dislike about Clari?

The recording of meetings can sometimes take a bit long to record. Trimming the videos can also take a bit of time

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clari is helping me with my account management / follow ups.

It helps me to quickly recap on previous meetings, summarises the action items that I can use as part of my follow ups. It also highlights key moments that I may have not picked up upon during a call. For example if a client or prospect mentions a concern the transcript will call out objections or challenges which can help me understand priorities or red flags.

"Clari is a great tool!"

What do you like best about Clari?

What I find most helpful about Clari is being able to update close dates and forecasting. It's fairly intuitive to use and it integrates well with Salesforce. I use it every single week and often check it daily to make sure I'm aligned on the deals that I am running.

What do you dislike about Clari?

What I find least helpful is that some of the features that are reported don't actually tell me where that information is coming from. I.e. Where my weighted number is coming from or how it is being calculated would be helpful. I wish that I could also apply the same next action to multiple opps instead of having to enter it in manually.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping me solve answers to where I am at in my forecast so that I can provide accurate updates to my manager and team.

"Clari Overview"

What do you like best about Clari?

the integration with other platforms such as Teams, Groove etc. The ability to ask Clari after calls has been made to find key questions and words. Great summary recap as well. Its a tool that can be used frequently also in every action you take,

What do you dislike about Clari?

The implementation was a bit slow and training was not as great, but everything is quite easy to pick up and roll with. The customer support can be a bit hit and miss but good job on creating the ticketing portal

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clari is able to help us streamline our prospecting motion. capturing key information on call conversations as well as demo presentations. From a coaching perspective it helps us understand where we have areas or gaps we need to improve on.

"Must-Have Tech Stack"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari's tools are easy to use and implement for both administrators and users. Anytime I've had an issue, their support team have been extremely responsive. I use Clari, Copilot, and Groove daily.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Copilot can be a little buggy, but minor issues. However, submitting a ticket is simple and gets resolved quickly.

Clari provides easy forecasting, insight into conversations to ensure accurate messaging and objection handling, as well as email tracking/open and click rates.

"Flying Blind without Clari"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari gives me complete visibility into our pipeine and allows me to easily slice it up any way we need to understand what's happening. Our reps can quickly and easily make CRM updates which help us drive strategic conversations in order to capture as much revenue as we can. The Dashboards and Analytics don't require an advanced analyst to build or make sense of - they just work!

What do you dislike about Clari?

This one's tough, I've brought it into 3 organizations because it provides so much value. The recent change with column views not being unique is a frustrating and annoying but we persevere

Complete control and visibility of our funnel in as many ways as we want to see it. Speed and efficiency with a small team - we're able to get more done wihtout a team of analysts in rev ops

"Pulse and Trend are great! "

What do you like best about Clari?

Pulse and trend are great functions to be able to forecast more accurately. It helps to gauge the upcoming months and quarters based on previous performance. I also like how easy it is to make changes instead of having to go into SFDC. The inputting and "quick" submit options are also easy enough to submit and make is easy to hold people accountable.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I'd like to be able to filter based on CRM score more to see the variables that are giving it the score, and then sort based on best to worst CRM score. Also, if I could filter by AE, it might be helpful so that I can see relevant offenders and use it for noticing. This is a miss.

"Clari is easily my favorite Sales tool!"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari makes it extremely easy to quickly get the information I need across many different teams and opportunities. It is all organized very nearly and the interface is so clean and simple to work with.

What do you dislike about Clari?

There are really only 2 things that I dislike about Clari. First, there is a limitation to only have 4 Groups per view. This is a bit annoying as there are quite a few different data points on our opportunities that I wish I could quickly group at a glance without changing views. Secondly, over the past year Clari has done several updates which has caused all of my views to reset. This is extremely frustrating to sit down and see that I have to rebuild all of my views again almost from scratch.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

We keep all of our CRM data in Salesforce, but Salesforce itself does not provide the neat, seamless views to track many opportunities at once and be able to quickly change the views and the data points to sort. Clari takes the data and becomes our one stop shop for opportunities and forecasting.

"Saves Time and Useful Across Rev Org"

What do you like best about Clari?

Integration with Salesforce. Easy to assign accounts and individuals to a flow through Salesforce or Groove app. The automated flows are used by our revenue team across the customer journey: from cold call outreach, during the sales cycle, post sales nurturing, and product trainers. Integration with gmail calendar is helpful with handing off prospects from each stage.

What do you dislike about Clari?

The user interface to find templates and flows is difficult and clunky. The massive list of templates can't be sorted and the search function isn't helpful. Any new template goes to the bottom of the list. As an admin, I build shared flows/templates and it is frustrating to point our users to a specific template. When building a new flow/folder, I see everyone's and can't filter or sort. The gmail add-on took too much real estate on my email account.

Helped us coordinate and automate moving a customer or prospect through the sales cycle. Analytics were helpful in setting outbound strategy for optimal times, response rates, etc.

"After using both Clari and Groove, I must say it's not as effective."

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari allows us to keep track of all our calls with AI technology that gives an easy access to review a recording. I lost often ask clari bot to know what are the key points of the conversation that would give me an idea of what the next best steps are. Clari also allows to forecast our sales and where should we most focus on.

Groove on the other hand is a tool that connects with our CRM Salesforce to easily add and allow us to creat a cadence.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Clari copilot I would see is inferior vs. Gong for example. Gong has the ability to filter all calls and simplify navigation while Clari forces me to look at the dates of each call and have to flip through 10 pages to simply back track a previous recording.

Groove has caused a lot of downtime as this application displayed bugs. There's a feature where customer would be allowed to call us but unlike Salesloft. Salesloft would give us the name of the person who called our direct line while Groove would only give you the phone number making it almost impossible which account that number is associated with. When clixking the email icon, it would ask for me to login to Groove but it would never recognize you're already logged in.

It would solve the problem of not having to create an email that are frequently sent to customers.

"Solid platform for forecasting, but can be difficult + complicated to customize"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clean view, easy to click thru boxes with relevant information and view deals / amounts, stages, etc.

Manager forecast vs individual AE forecast, and AE team roll-up is good.

Can quickly pull up for a pulse check of where things are at throughout every day.

With correctly set up views, can see all deals in all stages across the team for the quarter.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Does not have bulk editing so can take a longgg time to make updates. Have to individually click into every little box to update on many different sections/tabs.

Views can be configured to some extent, but some columns are missing or can't be pulled in, and it is more difficult to configure/customize and save views than it used to be.

Does not have functionality to capture deals in the way that they impact revenue and comp plans on the current customer sales side (for example, clari cannot track de-books, so this needs to be done manually on the side). As such, it is a better forecasting tool for new logo sales than for current customer sales.

Forecasting and viewing opportunities/deals + deal statuses.

"Helpful Tool To Improve Efficiency"

What do you like best about Clari?

I love the ability to be able to bulk send emails and schedule them out days in advance. The website is easy to use and has good data tracking analytics to be able to monitor engagement with customers. My team and I use this tool every day and I can't imagine our work flow without it.

What do you dislike about Clari?

I'm not the biggest fan of the Groove Omnidialler - we have had some issues as a team with getting it to connect to our other systems. At this point we don't use it much anymore, so this is not a downside for our team.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Groove, we had issues with our previous tool being able to handle large bulk email campaigns. With Groove, the efficiency of our outreach has improved and we love the ability to schedule emails for a future time.

"Improved Visibility into Sales Forecast"

What do you like best about Clari?

Love the user-friendly features and the visibility it provides into our Sales forecast. We use Clari every week on our forecast call with our ELT. I'm able to screen-share Clari directly with our executive team because it presents the forecast in a clear, consise, and streamlined view. Support requests are addressed quickly, and the integration with Salesforce refreshes the data consistently.

What do you dislike about Clari?

There are small quirks with the tool, such as the need to create a separate Clari "user" for each node in our forecast hierarchy which requires a Salesforce user license in our SFDC hierarchy. (Example: If we want to separate out "Account Management" and "Enterprise Sales" under the same sales leader, we need two additional Salesforce "users" to be linked to those subgroupings.) It would be a huge benefit if we could simply create those 'levels' as subsets of our Forecast without requiring an actual user as a placeholder.

Occasionally, pages won't refresh without a browser refresh. Small improvements would go a long way!

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clari is our source of truth for the Sales Forecast, creating a level of visibility into our CQ/NQ Pipeline, Commit, Best Case, and Quotas. We've moved from spreadsheets and Salesforce dashboards to Clari as a dynamic purpose-built tool.

"A game-changer for accelerating RevOps maturity and Sales focus during organizational change"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari provides an abstraction layer to our complex CRM environment, integrating key signals into one unified platform that helps Sales focus on what matters most. The flexibility to build out and refine our forecasting model as the business grows has been essential. The native analytics tools help different audiences inspect the business for key insights as needed. Autocapture and Copilot integration increase visibility with minimal requirement for the reps to conform to strict rules, simplifying inspection across teams with different operating practices. Our support team has been solid and able to go the extra mile post-deployment (which was fast and easy) to assist with more advanced use cases. Our users are willing to log in and use Clari regularly, avoid the CRM UI whenever possible. So far this drives better, more frequent updates to pipeline status.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Signals can be somewhat limited, with tools that compete against other parts of the Clari stack not supported. Some dashboarding limitations keep us running swivel-chair operations back to our CRM for more advanced reporting use cases.

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forecasting, pipeline analysis, deal inspection, signal consolidation, data visualization and inspection of customer interactions live in our Clari environment now, reducing the swivel-chair motion between other parts of our tool stack that just refuse to play nicely together.

"Great product that is easy to use!"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari has a great team that is responsive and supportive. Their product is well-designed and easy to use for RevOps and Revenue Leadership (e.g. Sales Management, CROs, etc.). I like their deal analytics and forecasting modules that overlay on our Salesforce intelligence and insights. Our sales leadership also appreciates the overall UI of Clari, which is not something that all RevTech tools do well but Clari does do well!

What do you dislike about Clari?

Clari should find ways to differentiate from the native Salesforce features (e.g. Pipeline Inspection, Forecasting) in order to remain competitive in the long-run. Additionally, it's sometimes difficult (if you don't have a strong RevOps/RevTech team) to maintain validation rules in both Salesforce and Clari instances. That integration could be more seamless (although it's still quite good).

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clari helps us with pipeline management and forecasting, as well as deal inspection. Also, the analytics are helpful for diagnosing any opportunity stage conversion rate challenges we might have in our GTM organization.

"One-stop-shop for all the sales info you need"

What do you like best about Clari?

Clari has been great to edit many fields for separate opportunities from salesforce in one spot. I love how it has so mahy different ways to predict the outcome of a quarter and what may be at risk. It's great at capturing the activities associated with accounts and oportunities to help me catch where I may be lacking.

What do you dislike about Clari?

Sometimes it doesn't feel so intuitive to click through - I don't always know where to look to find certain information or update certain fields. I assume that its slowly growing, and this eventually will become more intuitive in the future as they receive feedback. I also wish there was more space to calculate totals for certain opportunity/column amounts, to get a better handle on what might close/etc (as I think I can only total a few fields at the moment)

What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clari makes it much easier to edit many different fields for opportunities and accounts in one place, and see summaries, details, metrics in more customizable dashboards that can't be analyzed from Salesforce. It gives me insight into opportunties about what might make them at risk that I would never have thought on, and is a great reminder of where to check in on things.
