What do you like best about Amploo?
Unlike other platforms that focus only on productivity and results, Amploo also allows to track emotional situation in the team.
It also focuses on the individual skills of the employee, letting a Leader to see full picture, where behind each number is a Person.
What do you dislike about Amploo?
I didn't find downsides as such, but it will be great if future Amploo release provide tools for OKR framework.
What problems is Amploo solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct and transparent onboarding process that is customized for each role is a MUST-have, but for some reason missing in many companies. Amploo makes it very easy to create a structured and trackable environment for employees.

There’s honestly nothing to dislike about Amploo. The platform meets all my needs effectively, and I haven't encountered any issues. Everything works smoothly and efficiently!

Amploo effectively addresses several challenges we faced with managing corporate training and task allocation. By centralizing learning materials and task assignments, it eliminates confusion and makes onboarding new employees more efficient. The Knowledge Base allows our team to quickly find answers and resources, which saves time and boosts productivity. As a result, we’re experiencing improved employee engagement and higher performance levels across the board.

I’ve been using Amploo for a while now, and I must say it’s an exceptional tool. It centralizes all my information about colleagues, making it easy to keep track of who’s who and their roles. Plus, the task tracking capabilities are robust and intuitive. Overall, Amploo has significantly improved our team’s efficiency and collaboration. Highly recommended!
What do you dislike about Amploo?
Although Amploo is a relatively new product and there are a few features currently missing, such as onboarding automation for new hires, the team has informed me that this is planned for future updates. Overall, considering the extensive functionality offered at such a price, it’s a near-perfect solution.

While Amploo works great overall, I would love to see more integration options with the third-party tools we already use in our workflow.

The capabilities that are brought into single platform includes- team collaboration, learning management, HR functions and lot more has eased out our operation. Onboarding new hires and employee performance management is easy to accomplish in the platform.
What do you dislike about Amploo?
Reporting of Amploo is somewhat limited. I have less flexibility in the data analysis as compared to the other approaches. For instance, I am unable to monitor trends over time or compare performance with other departments.

Amploo has been useful in handling a massive growing team. It replaces the various tools that are used by ensuring that it acts as a one stop solution for communication as well as collaboration.
