What do you like best about Rippling?
The best thing I have found when using Rippling is its centralised dashboard. Not only is this convenient, but it also allows me to manage all of my work-related tasks such as accessing pay stubs, enrolling in benefits, and tracking time off. A really cool benefit you might not know: Rippling supports integrations with a wide range of third-party applications, therefore making it easily adaptable to a variety of tech-stacks. Additionally, Rippling was extremely easy to implement as it provided detailed, step-by-step instructions, leaving no confusion for me at all. One of the highlights of this platform is their customer support. There is a wide array of support channels, with efficient response times to ensure your query is dealt with efficiently and with minimal downtime. Lastly, in my organisation, we use Rippling daily. Due to the fact that it offers many different functions into one platform, it has become vital in our workflows and day-to-day operations.

To be completely honest with you, I have not experienced any negative encounters with Rippling as of yet. The platfrom has excelled in meeting my needs, and I am still extremely impressed.

Rippling has solved the need for having various programmes and apps for different tasks. Previously I had three different platforms, but now, Rippling has provided one centralised dashboard in which I can execute my tasks for payroll, accessing benefits, and tracking/inputting time-off.

Rippling is easy to use, never has any hiccups or delays, and allows me to check my paycheck history, while also putting in for time off in an easy and clear way! Rippling's features are easy to use and understand, and one feature that I love is having the company directory right at my fingertips! I can easily review past paychecks, which will be great when filing taxes. I use the app frequently to check in on my pending time off requests, which is a great feature itself! i have used other payroll apps before, but none have been as easy to implement, clear and concise,and as fun as Rippling! Oh, and they always pay on time, every time!
What do you dislike about Rippling?
I guess one feature that I don't use quite as much is the News Feed. This feature is great, but I just haven't used it as much as I thought I would. In fact, I didn't really know much about it, but now that I know it's there, I will use it more often.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rippling benefits me because I get paid through Rippling's payroll function. That is super important to a mom of 3! Rippling also benefits me by allowing me to keep track of my past pay history, which will help with taxes and pay tracking. I can also use Rippling to split my pay in order to build a savings account for my kids. it helps me to keep track of my time off and any bonuses or overtime pay I may acquire.

As happy as I was about being selected at xAI as a full-time employee (remote worker from India), I was equally anxious about how the salary documentation, taxation, time-offs, etc. would be managed as I didn't have any similar previous experience. However, everything seemed so easy since I started my onboarding with Rippling. I was amazed to see the clarity and simplicity with which each information was conveyed. The salary slips had a proper breakdown of each deduction/tax component and to my utter surprise income tax is submitted directly through rippling. The tax sheet for the current financial year was also provided in a pre-filled format reducing the amount of headache I would have faced otherwise while providing all the information to my CA. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
While there is nothing considerable that I dislike in particular, I felt that under the yearly holidays, some of the official holidays that are celebrated in India are not given on the list for example, the Eid holidays for 2025 are missing while they are not falling entirely on weekends.

The main problem would have been the tax calculations and submissions and both are taken care of by Rippling.

Rippling works great at keeping everything I need to do for work in one spot. I like that I am able to clock in and out, submit time-off requests, and check my pay all in one spot. It helps me stay on top of work related things without wasting time trying to coordinate across different platforms. I also like that it has lunch reminders, becasue I often get focused into my tasks and forget to take my breaks.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
The mobile app for Rippling isn't as responsive as I'd like. Sometimes when I open the app, it takes a moment to load, and this has caused me to clock-in a minute late on a couple of occasions. Outside of this, the Rippling app has a slight bug where it prompts me to review it each time I navigate to the My Pay page, despite me dismissing the notification.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rippling help keep me organized, and helps me quickly acess anything I need all on one platform. If I need to check my paystubs, or how much time off acrrual I have, or even reference the employee handbook, it's all in one location.

As a user what I like best about Rippling is its ease of use on both desktop and mobile. I use it on a weekly basis, and the platform is well-organized and intuitive, making it simple to find what you need. Setting up an employee account was also quick and easy. It offers a variety of features, such as performance reviews, W-2 forms, time-off requests, pay stubs, and a vacation calendar—all in one place. The reminders for tasks are also very helpful. Plus, the payday GIFs always put me in a great mood!

I don't like that the help chat is handled by an AI support agent. When I encountered an issue, I had to call customer support. While I didn’t have to wait on the line for long, being able to speak with a representative directly through chat would have been much more convenient.

Rippling also has solved the challenge of keeping track of passwords and login credentials. This is huge for cyber security. The ease of being able to pull information regarding my benefits, paystubs and other important documents.You can check vacation time balance and update direct deposit very easily when needed. There are a lot of different features to help you with the information you need to provide to HR. Updating information for Open Enrollment is so easy and you can sign your documents right on the site. One Stop Shop! The ease of integrating the Open Enrollment process and the frequency of use is making everything so simple. It's making customer support easier as well. No more searching all different areas. The ease of emplementing this just in time for the beginning of the year made everything go smooth and without any confusion.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
always have to use the 2 step authentication even when I am on same device every time. Time consuming if you have to do that and you are in a rush.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to find everything you need right in one app. Easy to download documents to email out if needed. Very easy to upload signed documents and send back in a timely manner. Open Enrollment is now so much easier and you can sign your name right then and there. You don't have to worry about printing the forms out first. It's actually becoming a " One Stop Shop" for employees.

What do you like best about Rippling?
The interface is very easy to use and intuitive for new users. The company I work for switched to Rippling from another SaaS HR solution, and the transition could not have been easier. There wasn't much re-training needed for employees because the mobile and web apps were extremely easy to use. We have also gone through multiple review cycles now, and found that the process is quick and automated. I also noted that it was very integrated with our health insurance company. I'm able to access my benefits directly through the web or app without having to open a whole different window.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
The only thing I dislike, is that the timesheets do not reflect our company's holiday schedule. It is processed automatically, but it would be nice if it showed that "8 hours will be deducted automatically for New Years Day."

We currently utilize Rippling to handle timesheets, employee onboarding, reviews and promotions, time off / vacation processing, benefits information, and more than I can think of off the top of my head. Rippling is incredibly easy to use, very user-friendly as a whole. I appreciate the reminders on the home page about outstanding tasks and how quickly the site updates when those tasks are completed. It is simple to navigate; I can find what I am looking for rather fast. The layout is streamlined so the information I am looking for is generally available with a brief scan rather than hunting through pages of text. I really am glad my company uses Rippling - it makes it easy for me, an employee, to get access to everything I need. I use this software on a daily basis for my work.

My only complaint about this program is that scheduling hours/reporting time can only happen for 1 pay period at a time, however I do understand this requirement based on hourly vs salary time reporting.

What do you like best about Rippling?
Compared to alternative HR software I've used in the past, I will say without a doubt Rippling has been the best and easiest to work with as an end-user, it's just incredibly simple to login and find what I need on even if I haven't logged in a while.
For example, some of the little features like manually storing my healthcare ID, viewing the holiday calendar, or looking up changes in the org chart. At the end of the day, Rippling helps me consolidate my personal work needs at a quick on-demand basis.
Aside from the common HR features, I found it has some sophisticated features that I really enjoy. One feature in particular is the ability to distribute a percentage of my paycheck to multiple locations, this helped greatly with automating my personal finances.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
I have my HSA through Rippling, but the experience feels disconnected from the main application and overly simple. Despite being simple, because it's not first-and-foremost, it can be easily overlooked to set up initial contribution investments and managing HSA details. However, I do like how there isn't a minimum investment threshold like other HSA providers.

All the automated aspects of Payroll are allowing you to be super efficient and provides rather automated approach with less involvement from the team. Also Rippling is super intuitive with great notification process to allow us to always be up-to speed and up-to date with latest issues and happenings.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
Sometimes I have difficulties navigating to some of the "behind the scenes" tabs. I mostly struggle remembering and unsrstanding in which "Accounting" tab to navigate to to fix the exact issue. To me seems there are rather similar tabs under different parent tabs that it might be confusing. Example - you can change and amend some things in payroll - Accounting and Accounting Integration app but then sometimes you have to go to "Spend" and navigate to Accounting - and then mapping etc. Can be quite lengthy to get to some settings.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rippling has been great in taking 99% care of all state filings and all updates, which can be a tedious process.

What do you like best about Rippling?
Everything is automatic! My favorite feature is the pay run system. I can spread my pay across a different bank accounts, and it's all done seemlessly without me ever worrying about when the money is gonna come. It's consistent, easy to use, and I get constant updates throughout the process.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
This isn't really an issue, but a suggestion for an additional feature: In my first pay stub, there was an error in my salary. This was of course not the fault of Rippling itself, but my employer. However, we noticed that Rippling doesn't have a salary correction tool, so this meant that I couldn't be retroactively compensated for the pay run that was affected.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
For most remote workers living in Mexico, the alternative for being paid as a contractor is through a service like Wise or PayPal. These services are not set up to be automatic, leaving you at the mercy of whenever the employer feels like paying you. Even when they do, there's huge fees that are cut from your pay stub every month. Rippling offers a solution to that in the form of automatic, no employee-side commission, payments. I can't stress enough how relieving it is to be able to rely on my pay being always on time!

Overall, it enhances productivity by streamlining processes that would otherwise be time-consuming.

I find Rippling very useful overall, but sometimes the interface can feel a little bit overwhelming when I'm trying to navigate specific sections, like attendance details or personal profile updates. Additionally, the user sessions are quite small. It asks for login and the process for login if Two Factor Authenticator is on, I had to use the authenticator app and use the code, that I disliked.

The best is its revolutionary workforce management from all ends HR, IT, and payroll at one stop.
I could say it is a one-stop solution for all workforce management; it's just a few clicks for anything.
It's very user-friendly, and regarding time-off management, it's top-notch. Taking all the data from the organization regarding policies and displaying and applying them to the workforce made it an excellent choice for workforce management.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
While Rippling is a fantastic platform, it could benefit the organization more if there is some good documentation for the most advanced features in Rippling, so that it could help first-time users explore the robust features of this advanced platform more easily.
And the occasional updates in the system may cause some issues, and they would be resolved by their excellent responsive team.
So, these minor inconveniences wouldn't look bigger when compared to the immense features and flexibility it offers.

Making Timeoff an excellent feature for us to handle our timeoff, instead of sending mails or using some different tool only for this leave management.

What do you like best about Rippling?
I love the way is integrate many tools in only one confortable and easy of use platform, the paystubs, contract management, hours accounting so on are very helpful, clear and powerful. It extremely reduce the cost in terms of time and money trying to get everything coordinated and synchronized because is good enough implemented in my employer platform. You can access to it everywhere in PC or mobile and you can configure many bank accounts to divide your payroll as you want. Its a platform that use frequently to confirm my work hours amount per month and the status of my contract.

Maybe many options are hidden and you need to do many clicks to find them. But anyway, all the settings are correctly arranged.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contract management is so easy and clear, I can send new contract negotiations, also I use to use rippling to make invoices but it and the need to update my payment information every month takes care by Rippling automatically, the platform is synchronized with third party softwares to track time so my reports are uploaded without intervention. I can feel free and enjoy my job and free time until arrives my payment without issues.

Rippling simplifies HR and admin tasks by bringing them all together on one platform. Processes like onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and tracking leaves are now quicker and easier. The Corporate Learning Management System is especially useful for assigning and completing training without switching between different tools. This integration saves time, improves accuracy, and ensures smooth workflows, leading to better productivity overall.

What do you like best about Rippling?
It is a single stop for everything HRIS and in many ways IT and device related. It has helped us centralized recruting, onboarding, and offboarding.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
If it doesn't do it ootb then it will likely never do it. If you want to do custom disclamers, policies, or IT applications and MDM you are pretty much left to figure out work arounds. For example, on the MDM side, if the Application is in the appstore or preconfigured in their library, it is super easy to use. If you need to try and do a custom application, there is little to no support or documentation on how to do it. Same hold true for provisioning. If the app is in the library you are good to go, but custom ones are nearly universally off the table and out of most peoples reach.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good all around platform. If it is in the library then it is pretty easy to setup and configure.

What do you like best about Rippling?
I rated Rippling a 9 because it offers an excellent user experience, especially with its streamlined payroll and HR management tools. For example, the ability to integrate payroll with benefits administration has saved our team a lot of time and reduced errors. However, I think the reporting tools could be a bit more customizable to meet specific needs. If that improvement were made, I’d have no hesitation rating it a 10. Overall, Rippling is a fantastic platform, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
One aspect of Rippling that I find frustrating is the limited customization options for its reporting tools. Although the standard reports address most needs, it can be challenging when I can't easily tailor reports to specific metrics that are unique to my organization. Additionally, while the mobile app is functional, it sometimes lacks the intuitiveness of the desktop version. If these issues were addressed, it would enhance the overall experience of the platform. However, despite these concerns, the core functionality of Rippling remains strong, and these limitations do not significantly detract from its overall benefits.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rippling has helped us overcome challenges in HR and payroll management. Previously, onboarding and benefits enrollment were time-consuming and error-prone. With Rippling's automation, we've saved hours each week and improved the employee experience. The integration of payroll with time tracking has also eliminated manual data entry, reducing errors and ensuring compliance. Overall, Rippling has streamlined our operations, allowing us to focus on strategic initiatives rather than administrative tasks.

What do you like best about Rippling?
The first thing I noticed about Rippling is that it is incredibly user-friendly. And I don't mean just easy to use - I mean it's as if they have taken into consideration the overwhelm that comes from navigating HRIS systems, listened to feedback from users, and moved forward to then create a powerful system that is easy on the eyes and brain. There aren't dozens of tabs to scroll through to get to where you need to go - everything is right on the front page, labeled concisely, and very easy to find. It's everything you need and nothing you don't. I haven't needed to contact Rippling support to get help on where to find anything, which is the opposite of what I have historically dealt with working with other programs as an HR professional.
What do you dislike about Rippling?
The only thing that I don't like is that the 401k add in tool is not fully integrated, meaning you still need to separately log in.
What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for employees - not having to be a middleman between the people I work with and the benefits that Rippling has to offer. This means I have time to work on other important tasks.
