What do you like best about Fulcrum?

I like that Fulcrum is easy to use and helps me get my work done quickly and easily. It’s a simple and effective tool that makes everything faster and smoother.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Overall, I don’t dislike much about Fulcrum. The only issue I’ve experienced is that once I synchronize my data, I can’t edit it. If there’s a mistake or something I need to review and fix, it would be great if Fulcrum allowed at least one chance to make edits after syncing. This small change would make the app even better

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem I am trying to solve is ensuring accurate and editable survey data after synchronization. Sometimes, small errors or adjustments are needed, but Fulcrum currently doesn’t allow edits once the data is synced.

To achieve this, I suggest Fulcrum introduce a feature that allows users to make one-time edits after synchronization. This would help correct mistakes and ensure the final data is accurate and complete without disrupting the workflow.

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Good structure or platform which can be used for an individual's business. Great technology and integration.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

A little expensive but has proven to be a good investment.

Allowing us to document our processes in an easy manner

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

I like the convenience of using the mobile app. It's helpful to have a record of archived submissions to refer to.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

I find the "Perennial Vegetative Cover Reports" entry, specifically the "Location description of assessment area" field tricky as it frequently won't let me save due to needing a valid location. I haven't figured out why in the 3 years of using it. It may be user error.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fulcrum saves me time by not requiring paper copies and all of the trappings that come with physical copies. I like how quickly I can complete my Observation for a specific job and remain in compliance.

Speed and simplicity are the main strengths of this platform.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Limited functionality and difficulty making complex forms with data aggregation tailored to different clients.

Allowing me to write well organized and progressive reports.

From an end-user perspective, this app is flawless. It has everything we need!

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

If you have poor reception, the app will have some issues, but this can be said about all apps.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating and storing sensitive company data, with realtime specs.

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum has the flexibility we need to create a huge variety of custom forms, so we use it all the time. It has been extremely easy to set up and very dependable. Most functions we need can be set up using their intuitive user interface, while more advanced functions can be added using custom code. Their live chat feature has been great whenever I need support, and they continue to add new features.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

At times, the landing page can be a little slow once you have a huge number of forms created. A small inconvenience.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to collect data in the field on a tablet while offline, in a way that maximizes data quality by controlling response options. We then need to use this data in Power BI reports and dashboards.

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

The web and app creation are incredible, the use for reports, management and rich, it's easy to create, the support are quick, I use a lot, the data integration is easy

The app needs an improvment ASAP, the visual part it's kind of odd and at first use complicated

The billing control, people control, the data collection and data integration

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum allows me to map out an entire systems location and directly use it to catalog my data, it even does most of the work for you.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

I use fulcrum to map out utilities out in the field. I think it would be great if fulcrum could give me distance interms of footage between utilities in the mapping system. However It very well might do that already and I just didnt get the memo .. lol.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

It take s the guess work out of surveying.

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Improved record keeping accuracy , improved efficiency in reporting, easy to use application and team members are super friendly. Bt adding Fulcrum, our reporting has become more streamline with immediate feedback. Our insurance company has embraced the idea and loved it. Our maintenance providers like the clear and concise reporting by using the electronic inspections which includes record keeping and we have gotten away from storage and filing of thousands of paper copy inspections a year.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

once a member it seems like the prices for design services increased which is a little of a hassle but overall the value for the membership is truly worth it and i cannot wait to see what other features Fulcrum come up with.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

truly improved inspection process by improving accuracy, realtime data being shared, and allows our entire company to share and learn from hazards and avoid potential issues. I previewed several other tech companies but Fulcrum was by far the best choice. no hesitation on recommending them to others

What do you like best about Fulcrum?

Fulcrum is practically limitless with possibilities of what you can accomplish. The platform is so versatile that customization can be achieved by any user based on their specific needs. This broad customizable approach has offered our company the ability to utilize Fulcrum for many other needs beyond what we were originally seeking it out for. Additionally, the ability to quickly modify and create apps blew my mind. Common sense is all that is required to set up your apps and keep them functioning.

What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

There are some limits on managing data between different apps and parent/child records, however the knowledgeable staff and university videos help in figuring out most programming needs.

What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fulcrum allows our company to perform monthly inspections of our substations. It is even programmed to print out and email me the report after each site has been inspected. IF that wasn't slick enough, it is also programmed to automatically send out warnings for areas that have issues or need attention based on responses from the individuals performing the inspections. Previously hand written reports were generated each month and scanned in for everyones reading pleasure. If there was ever an issue, it was often unnoticed unless the individual inspecting the substation directly reported the issue.

Fulcrum also tracks and monitors all of our companys assets. The assets are organized by asset type and location so it is easy to pinpoint equipment on the fly directly from your phone or ipad.
