but still have to do more updation/upgradation because if I have to compare it with the market competitors like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Ubersuggest, it's tough to choose this tool over them.

I think very less ppl know that this tool can be used as a Chrome extension. I used this tool integrated with my Chrome extensions

Navigation needs to improve, steps to perform any task can be reduced. Reporting view is limited. Adding more filters can make reports powerful. We can't see ranked URLs in position history again keywords, this is must-have features that can take Serpstat to next level.
