What do you like best about Notta?
It can record online and connect with multiple devices to monitor and copy.
What do you dislike about Notta?
I want to change the business plan, but no one replied to my email. The translation is inaccurate. So far, real-time translation and bilingual translation are still okay but still need improvement.
What problems is Notta solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no need to download many translation apps, but it is not easy to understand your structure at the beginning. Proper guidance is needed.

I'd like to have more transcription minutes per file on the free plan, even if it means having fewer minutes per month. But being able to upload longer files would be great. It would be a real basic use of the tool.

They reproduced it very faithfully. I can't help but notice some mistakes in the Chinese characters, but I am fully satisfied.

What do you like best about Notta?
I've been using Notta for over a year. During that time, I've edited over a 100 podcast episodes and use Notta for the closed-captioning and summaries for show notes. It's been a game changer due to ease in use and making my job as a podcast editor SO much easier. I've saved undue hours of work by using the platform. What's more the price is GREAT!
What do you dislike about Notta?
I have NO dislikes. It's does what I want... and they keep adding new options which streamlines my post-producton work through the use of AI.
What problems is Notta solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notta has problem solved my need to close caption my podcasts for clients. I've saved tons of hours of work using Notta. One feature I really like is how accurately speakers are identified, especially when there are 2 and more voices. What's more, I share the transcripts (yet another GREAT feature) with podcast guests so they can use for their blogs. I've just started using the AI feature to help me generate titles for the podcasts. The system offers 4-5 possible titles. Then I simply select the one that most resonates with me knowing the audience we are seeking on the podcast (and what will get attention on general web searches).

What do you like best about Notta?
Drag and drop a video link or file in and get a complete video summary in seconds. I can drag multiple 10-20 files in at a time as well which I love. Then I convert to the youtube summary format. I use this for course videos and it is a must have!
What do you dislike about Notta?
I wish I could make the youtube summary template standard so I didn't have to click it for each video summary which takes an additional 15-30 secs to convert.

Video Transcription, summary for digital course segments which adds tremendous value.

Ich gewinne ausserordentlich viel Zeit durch die Verwendung von Notta, indem gesprochene Inhalte innerhalb von Sekunden digitalisiert werden, was für meine Arbeit von unschätzbarem Wert ist.

Program is very easy to use, is reasonably priced, and allows me to buy a lot of time at work.

The script speaker glitches sometimes, and it does not identify voies as well as I hoped for.

Transcribing videos instead of me needing to write them is really helpful. One place I'd love improving is having the way paragraphs are broken down match the speakers, so there is. clear back-and forth. I love that you automatically remove fillers like "um" and "like", but it would also be great to have voices and speakers be more easily identifiable. I do save a lot of time not manually transcribing, but I often still have to review the whole video so i assign the correct speaker to the correct lines.

Notta is not suited for B2B conversations in multilingual environments, even when speakers are at a C2 proficiency level. The transcription quality is unreliable, with frequent errors and misinterpretations. The product struggles with accurately capturing context and terminology essential for professional use, making it ineffective for businesses
What do you dislike about Notta?
Notta employs misleading practices with its "3-day free trial." I started my trial on September 11th at 21:51, expecting it to last until the end of September 14th. However, they charged me $107.99 at 22:21 on the 14th, before the trial period should have ended.
Their billing details state only the "expiration date," without specifying the exact time, creating deliberate ambiguity. It's not until after being charged that you find, buried in the Q&A, that they calculate the trial down to the hour. This lack of transparency appears designed to trap customers into unwanted charges.
Such practices could violate both the EU's Unfair Contract Terms Directive and Hong Kong's Trade Descriptions Ordinance, which require clear, fair, and transparent terms. Notta's approach seems intentionally deceptive and is not recommended for anyone seeking a trustworthy service.
