After dealing with the nightmare of international payroll for years, I can honestly say Multiplier has been a lifesaver. We've been using it for about 8 months now, and it's completely changed how we think about hiring globally.

What Actually Makes This Different

Look, I've tried plenty of "global employment solutions" before, and most of them are just fancy wrappers around the same old compliance headaches. Multiplier actually delivers on what they promise. Instead of spending months setting up legal entities in different countries and drowning in paperwork, they handle everything through their network across 150+ countries.

The Good Stuff

Setup was surprisingly painless I expected the usual bureaucratic mess, but the onboarding process actually makes sense. What used to take us 3-6 months in new markets now happens in a few simple steps. The platform walks you through contracts, payroll, and compliance without making you feel like you need a law degree.

They really do handle everything This isn't just payroll software - it's the whole package. Global reach in 150+ countries, full payroll and HR administration, works for both employees and contractors, and handles multiple currencies without the usual conversion headaches.

Compliance you can actually trust Here's the thing that sold me - they have actual legal teams on the ground in each country. You're not just getting software, you're getting real local expertise that keeps you out of legal trouble. That peace of mind is worth the price alone.

Dashboard that doesn't suck Finally, a platform where I can see everything about our global workforce in one place. No more switching between five different systems or hunting down information. Everything from payroll to employee data is right there.

Customer support that actually works I have to give credit where it's due - their support team is genuinely helpful. When we had a payroll issue in Italy, Shatakshi got it sorted within 24 hours. Pearl helped me with a complicated benefits question and responded in literally 2 minutes. These aren't chatbots - they're real people who know what they're talking about.

Pricing is fair for what you get Let's talk money. Freelancer plans start at $40/month, full-time employees at $400/month. Yeah, it's not cheap, but when you factor in what you'd spend on legal fees, entity setup, multiple payroll providers, and compliance consultants, it actually saves money. They claim 35% lower total cost compared to doing it yourself, and honestly, that tracks with our experience.

The not-so-great parts Nothing's perfect, and Multiplier has its quirks. Sometimes the login gets wonky and you have to try a couple times. Occasionally there are bugs when downloading invoices. But honestly, these are minor annoyances compared to the alternative of managing international payroll yourself.

Who should consider this If you're hiring internationally, expanding globally, running a remote team, or just tired of dealing with multiple payroll providers across different countries, this makes sense. What do you like best about Multiplier?

Easy to use. Also, whenever I need help, Anjali as the Customer Success for us has been promptly answer my queries in timeline manner.

However, it would be beneficial to include some additional features, such as the ability to generate a link that users can share directly with the authorized signatory. This would help expedite the process, especially in cases where the signatory may not be readily available. A direct link to the document would greatly enhance convenience and efficiency.

What do you dislike about Multiplier?

Would be great if we also can see the documents attached by the new hire (ex. Passport, NRIC, etc.), so that whenever we need, we can quickly download from the system.

What problems is Multiplier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Drafting contract for new hire never been this easy.

I always receive prompt support from Multiplier whenever I submit a request. Their responses address exactly what I need. One time, I needed help registering a dependent who lives very far from me. Instead of having to travel to their location to handle paperwork with the local tax department, Karan Lot from the Multiplier Support team took care of everything on my behalf. Thanks to his help, the process was completed successfully- and really saved me both time and money. I truly appreciate the support I’ve received from Multiplier so far. The only downside is that all communication with Multiplier happens via email, whereas when working with in-house HR or admin staff, I can simply call or text them for quicker responses. For some time now, I have been using Multiplier, and it has been amazing to me so far. The platform has a clean design, user friendly, making it easy to complete activities such as accessing payslips and managing documents. I have to say that, as of late, I have been checking in more often to monitor my HR-related updates which, unexpectedly, has turned into a habit. The response from support is also good, further increasing the level of trust toward the system.

Multiplier performs satisfactorily overall, but it could be improved by a more intuitive design as well as easier access to FAQs or other guides. Increased customization options within the payroll functionalities would also be beneficial.

When I encountered an issue regarding which document copy needed to be signed, Deepikaa was patient and attentive, quickly understanding the problem after some clarification. She communicated clearly, remained responsive, and proactively guided me through the process, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to her professionalism and dedication, we were able to resolve the issue efficiently and complete the PhilHealth reimbursement document signing smoothly. "Empathetic and Speedy customer service"

What do you like best about Multiplier?

I LOVE how the customer service representatives are always so helpful and just one message away. Like literally! One chat and you are already assigned to their CSR and they are always polite and proactive. My favorite CSR is CEEJHAY/CHRISTOPHER. Me and my co-workers agrees that he is the BEST rep in Multiplier. His words are positive, always sincere and he does what is asked of him and goes beyond it by ensuring you are having the best experience possible. I also like that its easy to access on any device. Also the login is seamless. I use multiplier for my pay slip access and to see any work related info I need I get it from here. Rules are also easy to follow and i like they reach out via email too. Interface is eye catching and even the overall design of the page and the color scheme is great for me.

What do you dislike about Multiplier?

I dont like the fact that sometimes, I cant get anyone on the line and instead I get an error message saying they cant capture my data even when im logged in. But this only happened very recently.
