Upcity has allowed my business to get reviews from our clients easily and has made it so that new clients searching on listing sites can check us out and decide to work with us based on our reviews and our ranking.

The only thing is the cost. It can be a bit costly.

We needed to be competitive against our competition in terms of showing up online, and UpCity was showing to be a space where we needed to be. Once we made the jump it has been beneficial to the company.

If you can pay as you go and make sure that you are getting leads, then it is probably worth trying, but I wouldn't recommend anyone locking in for 1 year.

What do you like best about UpCity?
I like the dashboard interface as a partner, as I can see more metrics about my website and its greater performance online. I like how easy and streamlined the review process is.
What do you dislike about UpCity?
I dislike that they're not as accomodating to someone with a Wix website and have no plans to figure out how to incorporate their features to embed successfully on a Wix website. Hopefully in the future, things may change.
What problems is UpCity solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving how unreliable Google My Business can be to keep reviews. UpCity provides a legitiment and valuable system that stores customer reviews easier and awards you for it, adding a new marketing piece.

Upcity has tons of categories that make it easy to choose where your company fits in best. It is easy to set up and maintain, and their team is always available to assist or answer any questions.

I haven't had any issues with the platform. The positions are based on reviews and few other factors which makes it fair game!

We use Upcity as a way to increase exposure for potential clients who want a third party look at us vs other agencies.

It helps bring Qualified leads to our website that are looking for the services we provide ou clients. It has really helped us screen out so many tire kickers and helps generate leads aligned with what we provide.

No other way around it. However, I never like pay-to-play programs; something about it makes me feel it is less authentic.
Recommendations to others considering UpCity:
I have been using it for a couple of years now and have definitely witnessed the value this platform provides out of New Business strategies. Due to COVID, we pulled back on this service, and we noticed a drastic change in traffic almost immediately. When we signed back on, they had a more affordable option and plan for us to re-engage.

"The Easiest Way to Find a Marketing Partner"
What do you like best about UpCity?
We recently used UpCity to find a PPC consultant for our business. It was easy to compare and contrast different agencies based on whatever criteria we wanted (reviews, location, or their own UpCity rating). Seeing the budget information, industries in which each agency specializes, and other specific information gave us a better sense of who each company was than simply looking at a Google My Business profile or someone's website.
In other words, UpCity made the process of finding a marketing partner fast and easy.
What do you dislike about UpCity?
Not all agencies have the same amount of information filled out on their profile, so sometimes comparing isn't as easy as you'd like.
What problems is UpCity solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before UpCity we'd have to search through agency websites, tons of Google searches, and hop on calls with different salespeople to get the information we needed to make an educated decision. Now, UpCity empowers us to easily find the right partner for whatever project we have up next.
